No respect for residents, making excessive noise with machines at ridiculous times. 3.30am and 9.30pm until past 11pm at night.

Not an easy job, large Norfolk Pine branches above old cement tile roof, Large cherry picker and 5 men required. The job was done taking care not to damage the roof in a very efficient, careful and courteous manner, with clean up of tree material to a high standard at a very fair price. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Plateau Tree Service.

Safely and swiftly got rid of a giant dead gum tree for us. It was too dead to climb so needed a crane.
One other company said it couldn’t be done due to access and proximity to power lines but Tony and his team didn’t rest until they found a solution for us.
We’re so thrilled with the job they did, the professionalism and the dedication. We’ll be getting them back to get rid of another 4-5 stumps in our back yard.
Just a great northern beaches business don’t waste your time with anyone else.

I rarely ever write a review but I need to this time. This is the second time we have used Plateau Trees. They were crystal clear in their quoting and the council approval requirements for the job. They spent two days in our garden and went about the work - often in driving rain. There was never once a complaint and all debris was removed. It was just a delight working with the whole team at Plateau Trees.

I have used Plateau Trees twice now. Each time they take such care of your property and have the best crew who are lovely, professional and leave the place so clean after. I cant recommend them enough. Customer service is excellent. Well priced. Will use again when required.

Our neighbour's recently got Plateau in to remove 2 very large Camphor Laurels on our boundary and these trees were way out of their league. A 5 day job started on December 12 and finished in February. Photo shows the mess they left through Christmas and this massive log rolled into our HWS slamming into our bathroom wall breaking tiles and damaging the frame. Moved the flooring and moved a pier supporting the house. Stump grinding machine broke down half a dozen times and still didn’t get done to their own specs. They are now trying to palm off their responsibilities to a sub contractor. 3 months later still can’t use our bathroom. Unless you want to go through Legal because of their dodgy practices I suggest never use them.

The Plateau Tree Services did us proud removing a large dead Camphor Laurel Tree from our property boundary and several Privet trees under difficult site conditions. We were very happy with the outcome. We'd recently put in a new garden that necessitated the guys carrying all the removed material (trunk sections and branches) across delicate garden features and up many steps to the driveway where the munching machine was located. I have used Plateau Trees on an earlier occasion to trim some large trees and so I contacted them again (and got other quotes to compare). They were the cheapest, and so based on my last contact I accepted their quote. Four staff arrived on time on the agreed date, and did a very competent and organised job in removing my diseased tree. They cleaned up very well after the tree was removed, and after they left you would not have known that they had been there

Plateau trees were quick to quote and come to remove our trees. On the day they did a fantastic job.
