Tucked away in a quit location with a lovely host, tasty breakfast and reasonably priced. I will return for another stay when in the area.

Spent 6 nights here with my family, a lovely location close to town but away from the hustle bustle, and easy to get around to other places. Host Wandy was very welcoming. Loved the added personal touch of homemade freshly baked bread/muffins each morning. Will definitely come stay again if we are back in the area.

A lovely place to stay for our mini vacation. Tucked away from the main roads and a close enough drive/cycle/walk if your willing to Byron. The rooms were well kept and the host was super welcoming. The homemade Muffins are enough to make us want to come back! Thanks Planula!

Unfortunately the advertisement for this property does not accurately reflect the same its says 4 Star.however we give it 21/2.
This is purely a bed n breakfast.room smelt damp and musty.no tea n coffee facilities in the room.no fridge.bed uncomfortable.very small and pokey.host very welcoming and accommodating.and her blueberry muffins.awesome.
But this is basic basic basic!

Rudest people I have ever met in my life. In the middle of the day I just looked for a quite place to organize my belongings I ended up on a car parc where no cars where standing and they called immidatly the cops on my. I even told them I didn’t know and i have no negative intend what so over which they applied with „ but we have“ didn’t see a single customer the entire time that I could have possibly bothered.

I don’t know I didn’t think the owner of a place that is about healing and your inner self shouldn’t be choleric and call the cops on someone for doing nothing!

Booked a room at 9: 45 pm. This was the second place we tried to book and stay at that night. Then expedia sends confirmation and check in time is only until 7pm. Drove there and rang doorbell several times no answer. Just like the previous hotel. They said we were a no show through email the next day at 11: 15 am and that they wait until 11pm that night. But did not message us that night to say we are up waiting for you. Booked a third hotel through expedia that had a check in time for 10pm and drove there and rang bell and they answered. In the end they got paid for a room they never opened the door for and expedia let me book three rooms for the same night. The first place refunded for not answering. Will be using Airbnb for now on as they confirm the stay directly.

After camping all the way from Adelaide to Byron we decided to treat ourselves to a stay here in the Queen Spa room for our last night before getting to the Gold Coast. We loved the place. It is peaceful, friendly and so very hospitable. We were so comfortable. The spa was divine after all the little aches of camping and walks we had done. Brekky was so satisfying; the fresh bread still warm was my favourite. Total gem of spot, definitely a retreat in Byron. Highly recommend.

A last minute booking which turned out to be a amazing and relaxing night away. Shared accommodation that is away from the main road so very quiet in a lovely bush setting. Property is so nice and the hosts are wonderful, accommodating and awesome people. Great if you want to relax in nature. Thank you again, will be back.

The room was located in a separate building and had all the necessary facilities and was very clean
Breakfast was simple but had everything you need to start the day.
Really enjoyed the fact that you feel you're staying in the middle of the rainforest

Wandy the host is lovely, the house is like a cabin in a little secluded area. Room was good, own little balcony and bathroom. While it's not in the heart of Byron (thankfully) or near the beach, it's still in a good spot.

Excellent service and economical prices; Planula is a fantastic B&B retreat just outside of the Byron Bay hub. All staff are very very helpful and thoughtful in looking after their guests in the lead up to and during their stay. They readily arrange accommodation and activity packages and provide local recommendations. Facilities are clean and comfortable with your basics like WiFi and air con covered. Communal lounge with TV, kitchen and decks are also available for guests to use.
Would definitely stay with Planula again and recommend to those looking to stay close to but not in the middle of the hustle-bustle of Byron Bay.

Best place to stay! Feels very secluded but only a 5-10 min drive to main street byron.the nature around the building was very nice but also provided privacy.the host were SO nice! She provided a full breakfast which she laid out on the table for us, there was everythingyou could think of for brekkie; muffins; toast; cereal; coffee; herbal teas. I am definately going to go back:)

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. Just out of town, so nice and quiet. Clean comfortable rooms, great shared kitchen and living area. A very relaxed place to stay.

All looks a bit old and smells a bit, a lot of noise in the house and we were woken too early by the lady preparing breakfast next door. Definitely not a quiet and romantic place. But for the money maybe ok.

Stayed here a couple of years back and it was lovely. Very quiet and yet close enough to town for meals etc.
