I'm the Chairperson of a Body Corporate for a 24-unit ocean-side block surrounded by gardens. Which is lovely, but it also means we have a lot of spiders and recurring cobwebs that persist no matter how many times we clean. And, of course, cockroaches, ants, and the like.

The gist of it was that the spray he uses has a bio-dynamic release polymer that significantly enhances its effectiveness.

What further impressed me is that he understands 'entomology, ' a science that looks at insects and their relationship to humans and the environment. That's when I realized there's a BIG difference between getting the job 'done' and getting it done 'right' and 'well. '
