Hi PF team,
I'm going to have to post this 1-star review because of you guys have failed to renew/replace the non-existent labels on the dumbbell rack. It has been this way since I joined and has been a mess and an inefficient use of time trying to find the right ones every time. I heard you guys were in the process of fixing them but that was a while ago and now there is no excuse. This just promoted poor gym etiquette and creates more work for your staff (if they are required to organize them).

Not asked ng for much, just simple labels that we can all benefit from, not just selfishly thinking about myself. We can do better than this. More than happy to remove this review once this is resolvedThanks for reading.

Amazing place and cheapest gym I have come to know. Only $5 per week with no contract or $10 per week with any planet fitness gym. Plenty of parking in the auburn branch.

Clean gym with lots of equipment. If you're a black member, you can finish off your workout with a massage

This gym has been one of the best gyms I’ve been too! Christian the trainer is amazing and honestly one of the best trainers I’ve met! He wants you to succeed in your goals and pushes you to goals you wouldn’t think you could reach! He definitely needs more recognition! He has the kindest soul and will help you with all equipment at the gym! He motivates you in classes and makes sure you have the correct posture to not hurt yourself. I recommend him to anyone! Best trainer at planet fitness auburn.

Fantastic huge place to workout. Good facilities like massage chairs etc. Value for money. Clean and tidy. Lovely customer service team.

I'm out unable to train st the moment due to a previous injury but this place has everything to get fit and the taning and massage chairs are a bonus I recommend this for a great gym

Great gym in a great location. They’ve a massive warehouse with all the machines and weights. A gym that is 24 hours. The price is not taxing on the pocket, considering that even price of air we breathe is going up these days, that’s amazing from PF. Recommended to all. Plenty of undercover parking.

Staff not welcoming, she was on the phone the whole time and didn’t even greet or smile when I walked in. Was my first time going there as I don’t live in Sydney and just wanted a one time workout there but basically got kicked out in the first 5min because I was wearing slides. At least let me workout one time for maybe 1hr or have signs up saying “no slides”. Because how is it fair that u are willing to kick someone out when u have no signs up about ur policy.
Ridiculous the lady saying that I was only allowed to use the cardio machines. They want people to workout but yet didn’t even let me have one workout for maybe 1hr. Don’t go to Auburn planet fitness.
Other planet fitness gyms are so much nicer and better staff.

They have good range of equipment and especially the 30mins express workout area is planned well. The only drawback is they close by 7pm on weekend

Desk staff are amazing and very helpful. Trainers are both very average and would not recommend. Plenty of equipment and very clean.

The best gym iv ever been too, high class ladies change room its like your in a very luxury hotel suite, its very big very neat and clean and they have plenty of machines, they run classess in the mornings and evenings and the best part, they have wonderful staff humble and down to earth and so friendly AND its CHEAP the cheapest gym ever

Enrolled online, no one called, messaged or emailed me to say how can I get access to the gym, even they didn’t bother posting me my card so in my shift work I can organise to go gym but such a awful service, money harvesting only but no value for customers. Shame there is no plan for whoever sign up online to get access to the gym, very careless.

Not just once so many times we came and Gym closed all member's waited and waited very poor management

A great gym with friendly staff members. The classes that are ran by Emmy Watts are highly recommended, as it will not only help you get in shape but also have fun, boost your energy levels, and enhance your mental ability through trying new activities you never thought you can do thanks to Emmy’s motivation and hard work:)

It could do with more machines or free weights specifically for squad or deadlift.
It's the most popular and used equipment, yet it only got four atm.
Pls bring more.

Great gym. The gym has alot of space and equipment to suit all levels. Gym is well cleaned and maintained. Best of all not overly crowded. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention to Michael for showing me around, i initially was on the basic plan but after a demo of the massage chairs available upgraded to black membership to make use after each workout. Bringing a plus1 sometimes is just a added benefit.

Really enjoy working out at Auburn. Friendly helpful staff not too crowded high range of equipment. Very clean. Love the extras massage chairs, hydromassage beds and red light therapy.

Great gym at an affordable price. Very clean and the staff are fantastic. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is the volume of the music. Please keep in mind that your soundtrack as fresh as it is may be a bit loud. Even with earphones at full volume I just gave up. Thanks for your time.

Very Big gym full of fitness equipment. Very clean and value for money. 1 week only 5 Dollars. 10 dollars plan includes message chair and hydro messager, skin tanner and body cleansing machine use as well. Value for money and free parking.
