Pizza Hut Maroubra

I am cheese loving person and I had ordered cheese Dunk and 10 bread, couldn’t finish it as I get full too quickly. But the taste of cheese bread have took my heart. Love it. You should try it once at least.

2nd night in sequence That I make order and it came wrong.

Delivery is on time but I am
Really disappointed. Also they keep saying that was my mistake because I did not unselect the sauce, which I did.

Please, don’t make your customer service destroy the taste of your food because it is really good.

Food is always good, reason for leaving a review is last night our delivery took 1.5 hours to arrive. It would have been nice to know it would be taking this long when we made the order, so we could have had made other arrangements. We were having a rushed and difficult evening and needed food quick, hence getting take away. Waiting so long added the stress we were already experiencing. Please let your customers know up front if there is going to be delays. My husband passed on feedback through the website and received a call from the manager on duty, who said nothing other than the store was busy. We also were busy.

Close your eyes and you mised it, must be the smallest pizza hut in sydney.but the pizza is as expected, perfect

It's a place to buy beer and wine at reasonable prices.
I don't think they sell food.

I often order delivery and what a great delivery service. There are always two same young delivery guys who are exceptionally friendly and respectful towards me. Pizzas are perfectly hand over and really tasty specially Supreme Keep it up.

Irresponsible staff, worst attitude and doesn't care about customers. Ordered the food and have been told 15min to get ready. Almost waiting there in front of them for 25min, no one called or said anything. When asked, it's already been made and was in hot box. Asked the guy, why I haven't been called when the order was ready? He responded that he didn't took my order, so not his job to call me. **It is staff's responsibility to check what people are waiting for and give them when it's ready** Basic knowledge. Worst customer service and full of attitude.

Had kids in car and the staff went out of tut way to come around to the car with my order when the pick up was ready. Thank you!

I ordered two pizzas on Saturday 17th December 2022 at 9: 30 pm. Waited on the store for almost 35mins and didn't get my pizza. There was a lady who did nothing in the store and they put a kid to handle the workload for them. The poor guy had no idea what he has to do. I left there without any pizza at 10: 30 pm.
I wish I could give them 0 star.

Hi I am leaving this here, I ordered my pizza from maroubra Pizza Hut as I was patiently waiting with my two kids. Once pizza was done I grabbed the large pizza two garlic breads and chicken wings. I walked out trying to hold everything. My youngest daughter was running and I called out for her to stop, she didn’t listen and went to run across without holding my hand. I rushed over to her to grab her and accidentally dropped three chicken wings on the ground. We were all devastated but glad my youngest wasn’t hit by a car. I then picked the chicken wings up and went back in the store to ask if I could get a further three chicken wings as I accidentally dropped them trying to run after my daughter. Pizza Hut Maroubra replied we can’t give that to you. We can only give u 6 chicken wings which u will have to pay further. I was angry because of such an incident they couldn’t be kind hearted enough to give me three seasoned chicken wings. I would of asked my eldest to help but she suffers from epilepsy and at the moment has a monitor on her head to monitor her seizures. Where are the kind hearted people in the world.

Nice friendly staff, good clean store front, sitting options inside to wait for food if you arrived before it's ready.

Called 5 times, hung up on me twice. Three times goes to voicemail. How can a customer order when there's literally no-one to take it unless U literally go there? Not happy!

Very rude store manager. They stuffed up my order, I had to wait 20mins for them to re-make my order. The store manager has a bad attitude, didn’t want to make eye contact and didn’t apologise for the mistake.

Because your service and customer centric nature are good… I really appreciate your effort that you delivered me the new order without any argument. And, you said by yourself that we will redo it. Really impressive service. Just focus on taste a little bit lt will take your business to a whole new level.

Terrible experience with the customer service at Pizza Hut.
We placed order online and paid by credit card. But when my friend went to pick up the pizza, the staff told her that the pizza hadnt been paid off. She paid at counter again. It was double charged for one pizza.
I called the customer service about it and was told that they would refund me the money. But 7 days passed, no calls, and money refunded yet.
As other reviews mentioned, the staff at this pizza hut, were unprofessional and rude attitude.
Will never order anything from this place.

Pizza was raw, went back to the store and the manager gave me a refund but said it was cooked (even though it was not), my husband and kids also found the pizza to be raw/uncooked, kids missed out on pizza night: (

Ordered the Hot and Spicy Chicken, believe it or not there were 4 really tiny pieces of chicken I could have might as well taken their vegetarian pizza and asked the hot and spicy boneless chicken with very little sauce and as usual they soaked the chicken with their extremely hot sauce that it had to be thrown out as it was too spicy.

Extremely rude staff. I rang the store today and asked about the deals the guy told me to check it online and hung up the phone. Do not waste your time there. If they have a toxic and poor attitude answering a simple question imagine what they would do while cooking the pizzas.
