Pittwater Family Practice

When I arrived at short notice to the surgery with a serious cardiac arrhythmia attack, the wonderful staff moved like lightning to do an ECG and get me quickly sorted for a trip to hospital Emergency.

Such a lovely practice. The staff are very thoughtful and kind. Dr Brennan was so friendly and a great doctor.

The service I received today was excellent. The Dr was extremely kind and understanding and her answers were helpful and well thought out.

I had my booster shot yesterday and the staff and nurse administering my vaccination was very thorough, informative and attentive.

Pittwater Compound Pharmacy is amazing, the owners and staff are fantastic and above and beyond in every way.

Very friendly and efficient staff on reception and Covid check in was easy. Dr was also very efficient and diligent giving me ample time to ask questions, provide feedback and generally assure me of my condition.

Dr Zerounian is an experienced and caring GP. He has been my families doctor for close to 18 years. Would be happy to see any of the GP’s at this clinic. The service is excellent.

I DO NOT recommend Pittwater Family Practice at all. I am VERY UNHAPPY and DISSAPOINTED. I tryed to get an appointment this morning for my son to see a doctor at our family practice Due to him having a blocked nose, sinuses and swollen glands he was unable to see anyone until he showed a negative covid test. He had no major symtoms of covid. A doctors surgery who wont see patients until they recieve a PCR test (that is totally unreliable and means nothing), THIS IS DISCUSTING!
What type of doctors work there? Aren't doctors supposed to help the sick? Isn't it their job? What are they getting payed to do?

We rang another practice and they were happy to see him straight away. His diagnosis was sorted out very promtly. From now on my family and I will not be returning to this practice and I will never recommend them to anybody.

This practice is amazing. Lovely caring Drs who genuinely care for the patients and lovely reception staff. Highly recommend.

Great doctor, but being kept waiting for half an hour constantly is very annoying. It stops me earning money. Perhaps I should charge for my valuable time as well.
