We were very fortunate to be recommended to this dental practice. Michael Cai is a very talented and knowledgeable dentist who is providing excellent solutions for my husband's long term dental problems. Michael's approach is very caring; he has mastered the process needed to restore teeth in functional and aesthetic ways. It's always a pleasure to visit this well-run practice where the staff are helpful and charming, particularly their capable practice manager, Val.

Dr Michael, did an amazing job on extracting all 4 wisdom teeth, including one which was very close to the nerve. Fast recovery.

I don't usually leave reviews but I thought it was absolutely necessary this time. This was by far the best dentist experience I have had and I need to thank Michael for making my experience so amazing.

I had two wisdom teeth removed and it was the most comfortable and quick experience I have had at a dentist. Michael talked me through the process, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and all in all it was a great experience.

Just had my second visit today.both times to have urgent work done on broken teeth.
I was able to get urgent same day help both times through Valerie who does the bookings.and Dr Andy Kumar worked wonders to replace the gaps in my smile.painlessly!

Every staff at this practice is absolutely amazing I have to leave a review! I had all my four wisdom teeth removed this morning by Dr Cai. He’s a star - the procedure went so smoothly I didn’t even feel a thing. When the sedation and LA wore off, I was amazed at how I only had very very minor discomfort. Dr Turnbull the sedationist is also great! He explained all steps very well. I felt like I was in good hands immediately after the consultation from Dr Cai and Dr Turnbull. The practice manager Val also followed up with a phone call after work just to make sure everything is well. I can’t fault anything from booking an appointment to post-procedure care at this practice. I’m so grateful for this team ️ Thank you all!

Finished my Invisalign after two years and cannot be happier with the result. It’s so naturally perfect. Michael is very caring and has great professional expertise, I know I can just trust him cause he knows what would suit me the most. Highly recommend

I was experiencing discomfort with my bottom wisdom teeth for almost a week and decided to look for a dental practice close to the office. I came across Pitt street dental and saw all the positive reviews of the practice. Later that afternoon I had my wisdom teeth removed by DR RAJIV KUMAR. He was very helpful at explaining the entire procedure to me and was also so patient and professional with answering all my questions.
The procedure went smoothly and the recovery period was fast. I couldn’t be more happier with the service I received. I would definitely recommend the service here a Pitt Street dental.

This place has some amazing dentists and assistants. I searched online for nearest dentist and read some great reviews about Dr Michael and his team. I didn’t have an appointment.turned up early in the morning and I was looked after. They made me feel so welcome and at ease. The receptionist, assistant Dr Michael and Dr Kim such beautiful people. Everyone at Pitt Street dental from dentists, hygienists and reception staff are very friendly, professional and kind. They really care about their patients (esp the nervous ones!) and the treatment is excellent and fairly priced. Big shout out to Dr Michael Cai - he's a total pro:)

The staff here are excellent at what they do, taking the time to explain things clearly and are focused on making your experience as easy as possible. Had my wisdom teeth removed and it was completely pain free. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to! I hated going to the dentist in the past and after seeing Kim I actually like going now. They really care about your teeth and are so gentle and comforting with whatever you need done. Great cleaning and I have Invisalign which has been such a simple process. Couldn’t recommend them more if you have kids or just need general work done.

I have been going to Dr Cai for almost two years and each time I visit he and the staff are so lovely and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a tooth extraction yesterday and it went well. Dr Kim was very good and gentle. Didn’t feel anything. So I was anxious for no reason beforehand. I haven’t had to take any pain relief as yet. Very attentive staff and Dr Kim is excellent.

My dentist at Pitt Street Dental, Kim, is excellent. After a really terrible experience with smile direct, I was hesitant to get Invisalign, but I’m so glad I did. I’m a month through treatment and I’ve had no hiccups, thanks to Kim being incredibly thorough and diligent with my treatment plan. I would highly recommend Kim and the team at Pitt Street Dental - they’re a super lovely bunch.

Been going to Pitt St Dental for a while now and the staff are always very professional and friendly. Today came in to see Dr Kim Nguyen with my partner. She did an amazing job for me and my partner the new equipments were great and made everything simple, nice and easy. Looking forward to the next visit.
