Had my shade installed a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy with it. Jonathan and his team are great, and very customer focused. Keep up the good work guys.

Our cantilever carport has been on the wall for ca. 6 months now and we couldn't be any happier. Truly a "no fuss", straight forward process starting with Jonathan's initial visit and quote, to confirming measurements with Steve, procuring a structural engineering assessment (required in our specific circumstance) all ending with a quick and flawless installation. Great communication throughout, too. An honest and well run operation, highly recommend!

We had Pioneer Shades install a cantilever pergola over our pool area and they did a fantastic job! From the beginning, when Johnathan came out to measure and quote to the installation guys and some follow up work, the whole process was seamless, not to mention the great service provided by Johnathan and his team. Oh and I forgot to mention the price was FANTASTIC!

We recently upgraded our awning and Pioneer did a fantastic job. There were complications with the attachment of the new awning but nothing was a problem even with the installation of the awning over an existing pool. Always on time, courteous, they did a great job and came back to fix a reoccurring issue promptly.

Simply put the level of customer service was 5 star as was their quality of workmanship. Could not recommend Steve and Danny higher.
