Hi everybody, recently we had a VERY negative experience with this company & believe we have been basically RIPPED off. After paying $250 for pest control services in our kitchen we believe absolutely NOTHING was touched & the pest control problem still exists! We asked for a full refund resulting in being accused of having a dirty kitchen which is absolute RUBBISH! Basically this company won't take responsibility for their actions & we are now $250 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all costs as clearly this is NOT a professional service.

Napalies guy came within 15-20 mins he said he has done the pest control its 2 stories 3 bed house front and back yard, they quote me $220 and when came here it was $280 and when i was paying he added GST $28, i mean for real? 2 days later we got cockroaches still around us, need advise how i report them to fair-trading?

Shocking to deal with. Absolutely bombarded with calls and messages after requesting a quote. Turned up at the wrong job twice on the day, gave me completely different pricing if I paid cash so they could avoid GST and one of them has even used my ensuite bathroom and left their "waste" all over the inside of the toilet bowl for me to clean up.hugely unprofessional

Quoted 880+150 dollars on a possum cage that failed, geez…… it’s literally a single guy with a ladder and chucked a tiny cage in the roof space, as expected, the possum just took the bait apple and left.

Also customer support is horrible.

Yeah nah, never again.

I wish I read the reviews before getting these guys out here. Where to start! I was told a time I called 20 minutes after they were supposed to be here and was told they are just around the corner. Another 50 minutes later they get here in a little car not a van and bring in a carpet cleaner machine that did more damage then cleaned and left a filthy smell. My carpet had one little stain and now it has their cleaning product stains all over the carpet. When I called them to tell them they did not care at all and was very rude over the phone and hung up. I could had done a better job hiring a machine from Bunnings if I had the time. Now have to organise another cleaning company. What a joke of a company! I will have to report this company as this is not acceptable the damage they have done in 10 minutes of been here. Just look at the photos wow. This is a new built house that’s only 9 months old the damage to the carpet is from there cleaning machine.

If I could give a ZERO, I WOULD! Do not use this company. Quoted one price, charged another, job not done well, wouldn't respond back to emails or calls. Do yourself a favour, go elsewhere!

Mattress cleaning was not done properly, the stains was not gone, talked to
the responsive person about it they just ignored and just asked to pay for it

So professional.their cleaning was very hygienic and impeccable. They cleaned and sanitized our offices
I would highly recommend them.
