I went to Pinus Sawmills yesterday and purchased some treated pine logs. Unfortunately the chap on the forklift mistakenly loaded 3m rather than the 3.6m lengths I ordered. I live 130km from their yard but they still delivered the correct length to me this morning to fix the mistake. I didn't believe such after sales service still existed. Everyone makes mistakes but going to these lengths to make good so quickly is simply outstanding. Forget going anywhere else for your building supplies. These guys are the best.
