Very disappointed with the service, amazing and helpful 10yrs ago.last 5yrs nothing gets done, poor feedback and no communication, myself and my wife loved dealing with Michael initially received great tax returns and service etc but got handed over 2 various trainees. I run a small business and just got a $22k fine afew weeks ago because they forgot/couldn't be bothered to lodge my Bas since Dec 2021. Good short term company but you get put to the side after they get used to you if you are not high profile enough.

Michael Lord is amazing! My husband and I had been putting off doing our tax returns for two years because our previous tax agent was making it seem really complicated. We switched over to Pinnacle and let Michael get our 4 family members all sorted. We all got great returns and this is something that hasn't happened for a while.
