Hi. The reason for my 2 star rating is that I paid extra for an ant service and was told it would be treated outside but I'm confident this was done. The technician who completed the inside of my property did a great job but unfortunately the two who came on a later date seemed to only spray for what seems to be spiders only. I have ants still crawling over my dining room table and front window sill. I can only assume that the correct treatment was not completed outside. The two technicians were at my property for no more then 15min.

I called Pink after finding termites in our bathroom. I spoke to Melissa and she was very helpful and arranged an appointment the same afternoon. Rik came out and and he was incredibly professional and explained my options very clearly. We got another quote from another company to compare, but there was no comparison. Pinks price was better and much better value for money in terms of service. Daniel installed my termite system and killed the termites and now monitors my property for ongoing protection. Very professional and down to earth company and I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

These people are cowboys and rip off artists. They offer a money back guarantee to eliminate termites, then you find the fine print makes it impossible to claim. Now, after paying them $3000, they are threatening to remove the traps they installed unless we keep paying them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
