The owner of this business who is responding to complaints or concerns, Who also does not share her name or show her face is extremely rude, abusive, obnoxious, intimidating, threatening. When sharing concerns relating to the cleaning standards of Pink Ladies be aware you will receive a tirade of abuse.
Employees while on duty engage in gossip and complain to their clients about their own lives and the lives of others and they never smile.
Poorly managed. Core values are non-existent.

I was a new client and booked in. I rushed home for the supposed cleaners arrival, no one came. I called and spoke to the owner, who rudely said my details were lost and seemed more sorry for herself than me. Don't bother.

Pink Ladies went above and beyond to help us in a pinch and didn't compromise one bit on excellent quality and professionalism. Not only are they amazingly knowledgeable and diligent in their work, Hayley in particular was an absolute angel to deal with and so incredibly caring in her service, along with Jackalyn's impeccable attention to detail and supporting and positive attitude. I'm actually thrilled to hire them again soon!
