Thanks to Debbie @ PillowTalk Tamworth, N. S. W, I was able to get a much needed pillow to my husband, B! He flew from Gold Coast, to Tamworth and left his beloved Hilton pillow, behind. I knew he would struggle to sleep without it. I jumped into action, first ringing pillow talk and making sure the pillow was in stock. A lovely lady, Avril (spelling check?) helped me, over the phone I purchased the pillow, she labeled it with my name and was to await someone to pick it up and get it to my husband in Gunnedah, once he arrived on his Tamworth flight. After desperate FB post, calling courier services, I was having zero luck getting this pillow to my dear husband. I rang the store a third time, (already rang post purchase offering $$$ for an employee to deliver to him). This time I got Debbie, she was a life saver. She offered to take the pillow home with her and come back out later on the night to meet my father in law, as he was headed in to pick up B from his flight. She absolutely didn’t have to do this, and refused any form of payment. She said, ”I just like making people smile”! And, I know without a doubt she sincerely meant it! Some of you may be giggling or thinking what the heck is wrong with this lady! It’s just a pillow! But, it’s not. It’s my husband working long, hard hours to look after his family & in return I want to take care of and look after him. Thanks to Debbie, I was able to, even from such a distance! Debbie, you’re one in a million! I’ll pay it forward and absolutely can’t wait to return the favour! So, if you’re in Tamworth Pillow Talk, shout out to Debbie! She’s one of a kind!

The team at Pillow Talk Tamworth are so friendly and simply AMAZING! With myself living so far away from the store plus having lockdown restrictions in place, they went above and beyond to assist me with couriering a very limited stock item that wasn’t available for online delivery (when many other Pillow Talk stores would not). Well done! Exceptional customer service.

I was able to get my pillow by using my VIP or whatever it's called. They recalled my transaction history. I just wanted the same pillow as last time and it worked. Just what I needed. And so quick. In and out lol.
