Used to be one of my favourite little places to shop at whenever I was that side of town, but after witnessing and overhearing some awful things being said behind the counter about younger team members who are clearly working hard, I am absolutely appalled.

The senior team members have an awful way with words when correcting junior team members and completely demean them in front of customers.

It’s unfortunate that the family environment I used to enjoy so much has turned so negative.

Wonderful store with fantastic service and very helpful staff. I had to outfit two houses ready for holiday rental in less than a week and was stressed to the max!

Lovely lady named Elizabeth came and served me today.
Whilst I was standing at the counter, 2 other assistants behind the counter continued chatting. The older lady looked at me and blatantly ignored me. The other glanced around and continued talking.
Then Elizabeth walked over and asked if I was being served as she could see I clearly wasn’t? She also signed me up as a Pillow Talk member.
The sale was for almost $300, I suggest Pillow Talk pay staff on piece work. It might encourage the rude, ignorant staff to lift their games. Also, would avoid Elizabeth having to apologise for her fellow workers.

I love pillow talk and frequent this store a lot. The reason I only give 2 stars is because of the staff member Kate. I shop here a lot and try to avoid being served by her as she is rude, lacks customer service skills and is outright nasty but today topped the cake when she accused me of dropping a small $10 wardrobe perfumer. She was not even serving me and when it dropped and I picked it up she butted in and accused me of knocking it off the counter and was huffing and tutting and making an unnecessary scene about it which made me and the lady that was serving me feel very uncomfortable. This is not the first time she has been unduly rude but this was by far her worst which led me to leave this negative review. All other staff members are lovely and go out of their way to help. I think Kate needs to retire and let someone that enjoys customer service to move in to her role. Her behavior is unacceptable.

Great customer service. The ladies are so helpful and patient. I recently did a phone order to take advantage of the sales when I couldn't get to the store. The staff member was super helpful, went above and beyond to choose my matching towels and stored my paid for items until I could get in to collect.

First time I've been to Pillow Talk, I could have spent a lot of time in there. I was carrying my baby and nursing a thong blow out, one sales lady offered to find a paper clip to fix my thong and the other carried my mattress topper to my car for me. What more could you ask for.

Today I quickly ran in after work I was hot and bothered because I was so rugged up from the chilly morning! The service I had from one of the ladies was so good she took me too where I wanted then waited till I picked something and took me to the counter and served me straight away.it was so quick and easy I was so impressed with the service. Great customer service. Lots of lovely bed, bath and home items. There is a fantastic sale on until 19 Jan 2020 so it's a great time to shop there. There was also the members club discout applied for even further savings.
