We had a nightmarish experience with Pilliga Natural Timbers. Extremely poor customer service and product quality is not as promoted. Save yourself time, money and disappointment and look elsewhere.

Excellent service. Absolutely the best customer approach I have ever had. Debbie was so informative and respectful during my phone call. Firewood fantastic and I feel a fair price. Will stay with them now as I feel that they are really decent business. Well done.
