Was told that the strata fee was nil for 2 years and found out that was not true.brand new air-conditioning units non functional Building maintenance leave at 4 pm so you have no support. People keep passing issues from one team to another person. Building maintenance is appalling Wirh shoddy paint jobs

The move in process was smooth and straight forward with Piety.
We identified some minor issues and the team went above and beyond what they needed to do to accommodate our requests.

Piety Group delivers new developments in the best location always with excellent service as well as to the purchasers and sales agents from the purchasing point to the settlement.
I'm also told from my purchasers that Piety Group provides great defect rectification works if any occurs after the settlement.

I have been dealing with the team at Piety Group for a few months now. Their staff are professional and always very helpful, not to mention all units I have done blind installations in have been in great condition and with very happy new owners and tenants!

Once again we had a little issue in our new apartment so we called on Nicola and Lyndal to come to our rescue. As usual with no fuss the girls fixed our issue with the same no problem attitude that they have shown every time we contact them. Lyndal from Piety was outstanding at ensuring we were very well looked after during the handover of our new home last week. Her assistance made what can be a very stressful process very easy in the lead up to, and on the day of settlement.

My Wife and I have had a great handover experience from Lyndal and Nicola. We had some very minor things that cropped up in our pre-settlement inspection and they were all attended to without any fuss and the property was spotless on handover! Very happy with our new place!

Nikola and Lyndal were amazing at assisting with sorting out a hiccup we had with one of our properties. They were very responsive over the phone, showed empathy and urgency to rectify the issue.

Lyndal from Piety Group is very nice. She helped me organize the inspection of my first home and contacted me to ask if I need help before and after the settlement. The hand over of keys was also very smooth. It was very nice for the purchase.

We purchased a unit from Piety recently and we we are very happy with the result. Their process is straight forward and well explained, staff are helpful and they do what they can to assist.

Settlement for an apartment at One The Waterfront (OTW) in mid-January.

- pre-settlement inspection was great with minor defects quickly resolved
- collaborated with my solicitor on-going, had very little intervention on our end
- whilst waiting for funds to clear, they showed me around the area with tips n tricks on how to get around OTW (both north and south side)
- picked up the keys, entered to a freshly cleaned apartment

great service throughout, including post-settlement quickly responding to any issues that we come across.

Just moved into a Piety Group development. Could not recommend more. Quality of finishes is great & all amenities are well maintained.
