Pierre and his team provided the best customer service I have ever received and the engagement ring is just beyond incredible! When my partner and I were looking to design a ring together; we were very new to this as we have not bought jewellery before. We shopped around a lot of places but constantly felt we were getting ripped off somehow and we simply did not have the confidence that our best interest were being met. When we met Pierre and his team, they sat us down and was very thorough, pragmatic, kind, patient and a brilliant teacher! He explained everything there is to know about diamonds and how he can tailor make it to our design. He is very patient and helped us design the perfect ring of our dreams by showing us examples of rings, colours, diamond sizes and purity etc. He discreetly asked us for our budget and provided us options that ranged from half price to our max budget. He was not pushy and simply had our very best interest in mind. He just wants to create your dream ring and provide the best experience possible. Throughout the process of the ring being made we contacted each other via Whatsapp. Pierre was very quick to reply and constantly kept me updated with how progress was going. He sent through CAD drawings and progression photos and made me feel really connected throughout the entire journey. I really value this experience and this customer service instead of just being handed a ring that the other companies were offering. Additionally, I live outside of Sydney and can not make it back to his office again this year. So he expressed posted the contents to my home free of charge! Amazing service. Competitors we visited told us we would not be able to contact them once the deposit was made and they would contact us when the ring was ready for collection. Pierre offers a wonderful experience and from start to finish. I can not speak highly enough of Pierre and his team. Thank you so much for everything!

Pierre we cannot thank you enough for supplying us with the most beautiful engagement ring! We stopped by the Strand Arcade because of a referral - and happened to walk in and immediately get to work with Pierre on designing and crafting a beautiful ring.
