Horrible service the ladys were disgusting not only insulted me by saying it’s a privilege to do a piecing there since i was being “rude” while i was only provoked since it was my 4th time getting rejected while having proof and showing up on time they also laughed at me? Just cause ur not having a good day it isn’t okay to be disrespectful to a 16 year old while ur grown next time have patience’s and be professional

Came in spontaneously today to do my doubles for ages I’ve been hesitant. The worker who assisted me was so lovey and kind and they even reassured me whilst I was nervous, the package deal was amazing, store set up is clean and customer service was a 10/10 my sister often comes here to shop for jewellery and I see why, big variety.
Also the stuffed koala with piercings made my day I think you guys should name it “Bean”.
But anyways thank you again for the help today Bones! Much appreciation

If you want to get a piercing done for a toddler (12 months and younger) this isn’t the place for you as they aren’t experienced enough to deal with toddlers. Their customer service is impeccable though.

Guy didn’t want to change my piercings because was too close to closing yesterday. Told me to be here my 9am next morning… it’s 9.15am and it’s shut!

Got my lip pierced by Ocea, she did an amazing job with my Vertical labret. She was extremely kind and thorough with the piercing process. I was also at this store the other day and got my bridge piece downsized but unfortunately didn’t get the workers name. Overall this place is extremely kind, welcoming and professional. I cannot wait to come back to downsize my labret

Just got my nose pierced today by bones and they did such an amazing job! Had my nose pierced elsewhere before and had to take it out as it was such a rushed job, however here alot of time and care was taken. Def recommend!

Editing to add that I had Ocea do my navel piercing and they were also amazing! Barely felt it, would suggest anyone to come here to get a piercing

Went here on Friday to get my labret piercing. Was pierced by Ocea and was properly accommodated for, made sure I had eaten and let me hold a cute stuffed animal. I was really nervous but it was a quick procedure and I was talked through the entire process. Looking forward to returning!

Had the absolute pleasure of Anikka doing my piercings today, (2nds on my lobes as well as a nose repierce). She was professional and talked me through the entire process (for someone who is scared of needles and fainted in the past, I absolutely LOVED this). She made me feel super comfortable and in good hands, 10/10 would go back and recommend:)

Went in this morning to be told to come back in 45min
We did as asked to then be told to come back in another hour and a half
Zero skills with organization which unfortunately left my daughter upset. #welldoneguys

I got my helix & third lobes done today from ocea and she did a perfect job! I was walked through each step in detail and i felt comfortable the whole time.i really recommend this place for piercings as they are one of the most professional & sterile places i’ve been to and i’d defo come back again:)

Woman at reception with dyed hair had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude. My piercings also got infected. Don’t go here. This place needs better customer service.

The worst customer service received from 2 workers today. So unprofessional with how they have spoken to me. So rude, abrupt and disrespectful the way I was dealt with. Definitely needs retraining with using tactful manner when speaking to customers. I would not recommend this store for anyone who has children and would like piercing performed on their children.

Trying not to sound like a Karen

I went to this establishment approximately 3 months ago and forgot to write a review, however, I am quite disappointed to see the lack of inclusivity in the categories within It’s reviews. I hope that these categories are chosen by Google and not by the company as having ‘Girls’ as the only category for staff is a bit disrespectful to your male staff members.

My piercer has been incredibly helpful in replying to any queries or concerns I had regarding to my piercings. He also was very careful to ensure I was comfortable and ready for each piercing, even though he was fully aware I had been pierced many times before.

My piercer was an apprentice when I was pierced so I would understand if it wasn’t changed at the point I initially got pierced, but after at LEAST 3 months (going off when I was pierced), I’m disappointed it hasn’t been changed.

If these categories weren’t chosen by you, I sincerely apologise but if they were, it would be appreciated to please change it when you are able:)

I got both a nose piercing and a belly button piercing done here and i couldnt recommend them more! They were super nice during the process and gave good pointers for the healing process! They also made sure i understood their process of the placements!

Good professional piercers. Reliable and honest:) Their piercings are relatively cheap compared to other piercing parlours.

No customer service in the slightest. I will not be wasting my time or money in that uninviting shop.

Do not bring your kids here for piercings. 2 piercings, 3 return visits. One of the visits, I was told I would need to come back because even though I had called 4 times prior to our visit, they did not mention there was a 2 week waiting period if the earring falls out. Charged twice despite the earrings being faulty and falling out. Even had the card written on by staff that the second piercing would be free because the earring was faulty. Do not come here. Worst service. After the second piercing, same issue, earring fell out same day. Loose in the back. Didn't bother to return as not wanting to pay another $40 for a single earring when clearly they is something wrong. Ended up getting her ears pierced elsewhere.

Maddie is absolutely wonderful! She is so patient, kind and understanding. I changed the jewellery of 13 piercings and got 3 new ones and she tailored my look to suit me absolutely sweet! Thank you so much! Definitely coming back for more
