Pierced Off

Words cannot truly express the appreciation I have for the way in which I was treated. I was so well cared for and felt like I was someone she had known her whole life. She went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable and her professionalism is second to none. My nipples look great and I highly recommend getting them done here to everyone thinking of getting their own done. Will be going back to get more done.

After being told they are so wonderful and friendly my partner needed stubborn ear stud removed and the lady wouldn't help as the stud was not done by her.
Not much for community spirit.

I discovered this business when I first moved up to the Blue Mountains 6 years ago and I still regularly stop by to have a browse. The lady is super friendly and welcoming. Have had several ear piercings done here as well as my nose, love them all. I always walk out with lots of new body jewellery. Clothing and accessories are worth checking out too if you're into that specific style. Always a thumbs up from me!

Amazing place, prices are perfect, lady was sweet informative and made me feel very safe and comfortable, I've had 3 piercings done here and everytime it's been a very enjoyable procedure. Never had any issues and piercings have always been symmetrical. Also their jewelry range is very nice, would reccomend.

There were 3 of us wanting to get piercings at this shop. The woman was quite strange, ended up talking me out of getting the piercing i wanted (septum - felt like she just couldn't be bothered or didn't know how to do it). I bought a small ring for my other nose piercing that ended up being too small. She wasn't helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend.

Kay was super lovely, communicative, and careful. This is the second time I've had a piercing done here by her, and would recommend to anyone.

I’ve received piercings from this business twice (my nostril and septum). Though the woman who works here is really sweet and generous with pricing, I’ve had issues with both piercings. When I had my nostril pierced, it was infected by that same afternoon, and I had to have it re-pierced the following day. Additionally, when I had my septum pierced earlier this year, it was pierced far too low down and when I called to politely ask for a refund or for it to be re-pierced, she blamed ME for the low piercing, saying I had stretched the sides out to make it wider (which doesn’t make any sense) and told me to take some time to “let it heal”; basically refusing to fix her error. She also never used a pen or clamp for this piercing, and just pushed the needle in without bothering to precisely place the piercing in the correct spot. I was also surprised by how she practically tried to talk me out of getting my septum pierced, saying it’s a “hard piercing to pull off” and that it “takes confidence and I may regret it. ” Not going back again.

Kate is the sweetest! She is so caring and understanding! If you ever hesitate to get a piercing, don't anymore! You'll be in safe hands! Thanks again!

I had 3 pericings done here today, a spontanious early birthday gift to myself before work hahaha
I got 2 helix peircings and my upper lobe done. Based on previous reviews i think it was a lady named Kay that did them, she was sure to ask lots of questions and had me tripple check the placements before completing each peircing. Ive had many different peircings done prior to these so was able to confidently take on the 3 at once but she was still making sure i was handeling them well before going on to the next one.
Both Kay and the studio were very hygenic. Kay was very friendly and answered the few questions i had clearly.
Limited jewelery options but thats a personal interest thing rather than a buisness thing.
Very generous pricing as well.

Got my nose pierced yesterday and I’ve woken up with it infected, the lady was very nice but didn’t ask what jewellery I wanted and just pierced my nose without marking a spot.

The piercer was nice, however she did pierce my ears with a gun rather than with a needle, and a qualified piercer should know that piercing with a gun is not healthy for the ear and makes it more difficult to heal, aswell as offering the option to put a ring in my nose piercing straight after it has been pierced is not good practice.

Lovely customer service! Kay is a really sweet and genuine professional. She always makes sure that you are comfortable and talks you through the whole procedure. Very laid back vibe, but the whole shop is spotless and disinfected. She provides great suggestions for piercings and helps you pick the right jewlery.she is very creative.ive been going to her over big buisness since i was 14. (dont really trust them lol) five stars!

The service here is fantastic, piercer takes the time with you to ensure everything is done perfectly.she is also incredibly friendly and there is a huge variety of jewelry and a fair variety of clothing available in store.prices are incredibly competitive.

Every couple of months I’ll travel from Mudgee nsw to visit pierced off for a new piercing or just for jewellery, Kay is very kind and knows just how nerve racking it can be getting any piercing so she always takes her time and shares some kind words to ease your nerves before she gets started.

Kay has done most of my piercings. She is a lovely with exceptional customer service. She believes her job isn't done until the piercing is healed and will offer advice and support on everything from placement to a fully healed piercing.

I cannot recommend Kay highly enough! I don't go anywhere else for body piercings anymore
