I needed fast help for a nose piercing that had been accidentally pulled out. The lady there was so caring and helpful and did everything for me. I'll never go anywhere else for the initial piercing and for any aftercare xx

The jewellery they used was too small and caused irritation.have been trying to get the jewellery out for months had to go to many different piercers and spend hours for them to try and get it out.finally got the ball out and the jewellery was wayyy too small to get off my ear.had to cut the jewellery off.not happy bros.the piercing is hot tho

I've had two piercings here, and one of my friends got her ear pierced. Can't recommend the pierced enough, he was very welcoming and the room was very clean. Talks to you the whole time so you feel calm. Takes pride and care in his work. Quick but steady hand. And takes the time to answer all your questions and talk to you about aftercare. 10/10

Got pierced in september 2019 with a friend. Called earlier that day to get a quote, $45 for a septum and about $60 for a vertical labret.
Get there and my friend gets done first (labret). We were not told she was being done by an apprentice and she was not told any aftercare.
I get done by a man (i cannot remember his name) but still no aftercare instructions.
We go to pay to be told that my septum will be $70 and my friend would pay $45 (apprentice rates). There was no offer to pay for any cleaning solution, no double checking on pricing before the job, no questions if we were okay with needles and blood and the apprentice was not supervised

As you can see in the included picture it was infact this shop, the exact date and cost of purchase. After we finished with our piercings that day we went to the shopping mall across the road. Im 98% sure it was this shop

Great friendly service! I got in touch to see if they could help me to take out an old belly piercing (not done by them) that was stuck and becoming increasingly uncomfortable as I'm pregnant. They told me to pop in anytime and they'd help. It was out in literally 30 seconds and they refused to even charge. Place was really clean and I'll definitely be coming here if I need it re-pierced in future)
