Before I go into why I am giving only two stars I want to say that I have had good experiences here in the past.

I went in last Thursday evening (27th Jan) to get my main earlobe piercing re-done as my childhood piercing had healed fully on both ears. After a few placement adjustments the staff member got to piercing (with a gun), they pierced the right side no problems but I noticed that they hesitated when piercing the left. I got up to check the piercing placement and from the front at the time all looked good. However, a day later I noticed that the left piercing appeared to be going down at an angle and the front of the stud was pushing in a bit. I told myself it must be the swelling but inside I had a feeling something was not quite right. Sure enough a week later the left side was noticeably still swollen and not healing like the other side. I noticed an infection starting up so I made the called to remove the earring. I am glad I did as the piercing is completely misaligned from the back, almost through the bottom of my earlobe (in the photo you can see the scar of my old piercing in a totally different area). I will have to let it heal and get it re-pierced somewhere else.

Went to this store back in July 2020 with my three friends. We all got nipple piercings, and now all but one of us has had to take out our piercing due to infection. The piercer did not pierce the skin correctly and has left us with permanent scars. We knew the risks involved with these piercings however we were all vigilant with keeping the area clean, however this did not help. I ended up going to hair house warehouse where I asked the piercer there for his opinion on if I should take out my piercing, he said that yes it was definitely pierced incorrectly, and was now infected. After taking it out I was bitterly disappointed that my friends and I had wasted our money on the service there.
Save your time and don't go to this store.

No appointment needed. I got a pair of lobes and a helix. Friendly consultative staff. Clean studio and good non touch technique. COVID safe. I would go back again.

It's been just over 6 weeks since I got my labret done and I've been meaning to duck back in because I'm slightly unhappy with/worried about the piercing.
I believe it's hit a nerve, I can feel a certain pull in my actual lip when the piercing moves a certain way. It's also uncentered. It's mostly in the centre at the front, but at the back, behind my lip, it's very much to the left, and it's very likely I'll be unable to wear a ring in my lip because of the crookedness.
So I'll be going in to have a chat about this, and hope to God that I won't need to get it redone properly.

I am 60 years old and had my septum and pierced yesterday. The young man who pierced me did an amazing job, he was quick, professional and gave excellent advice on aftercare. I used to be a nurse and I was very impressed with the infection control procedures they had in place. I will definitely be returning for the rest of my piercings. Great job!

Got my septum done by Brad- He did a clean, quick and practically painless job! No clamp necessary. I was in very good hands. And the girl at the counter with the pink hair was very friendly as well. A very professional and clean studio, would definitely recommend!

Had a dermal removed today and this guy was a true professional. I was in and out within 5 minutes, he explained what he was doing and it was as though he'd done it 1000 times before. Couldn't have been better cheers

Best piercing studio I have ever stepped foot in. Great service form Brendan and Brad, both guys are super nice and it doesn't matter if you have 0 or 100 piercings which is a quality most studios don't have. Got 13 piercings there and defs going back for more.much love to the best piercers on the south coast if not Australia <3
