I had a great experience with this store. I forgot the delivery was overdue. I contacted them and asked for delivery proof - possibly a little suspicious based on not dealing with them before. They were very responsive and in this case, it was australia posts fault - right street, wrong suburb! Picture Store stepped up and helped out straight away. Great operator.

Absolute worst customer service experience and quality prints ever, save yourself the headache, shop elsewhere. Paid an extra $30 for a laminate matte finish and you cannot even tell it is there - it's so thin and not visible. The owner is so rude, he screamed at me and refused to refund me for the laminate as he insisted it is there - I can't tell. What a rip off. Not sure how a business like this can continue operating. Back yard breeder, low quality prints.

I received a poster that was of inferior quality. I contacted them & said I was returning it. They then claimed it was damaged, which it wasn't when I returned it & refused to refund my money. The man on the phone was extremely rude & unprofessional & made no attempt to retain my business. I'm surmising this is a tactic of theirs to scam people out of their money. Beware, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE.

Bizarre, to say the least. Communication is hit and miss but following up by phone (firmly and politely) after my numerous emails got me my refund. Given the information about this business on the ASIC site, why are they still allowed to be taking people’s money?

I ordered a poster through Picture Store and did not receive it or hear back from them for more than 3 weeks. When I emailed to enquire where the poster was, Richard (from Picture Store) said that he had sent it and gave me an Australia Post tracking number. I followed this tracking number up with Australia Post only to discover that it did not match my address. I forwarded all this info to Richard and he told me that it was not his problem.
So, I have no poster, no refund and have wasted a lot of time dealing with a company that has no customer service.
I have since been able to order the same poster on Amazon at almost half the price and it has arrived within a week. I would certainly not recommend Picture Store!

I ordered a large canvas print on the proviso that 100% of my money would be returned if I was dissatisfied. The print was delivered within three weeks but OMG I was disgusted at the poor quality. It was totally unsatisfactory and packed in an appalling manner with two bits of cardboard stuck together and no frame protection. The process of receiving a refund has been disgraceful (I did not receive a 100% refund) and I intend to write to the Department of Fair Trading to make a formal complaint. Order from this company at your own peril. Save your money and invest with a reputable supplier. You have been warned.

Bought Marilyn Monroe 7 year itch picture, very happy with quality and service, Richard was extremely helpful, responded to my calls and answered all my question, provided tracking for picture.very happy with service and picture, would recommend using this business.thank you Richard

Ordered some prints 4 months ago and was sent the wrong order. No response to emails. When I eventually made contact by phone, Richard promptly organised for the wrong print to be collected but the prints I ordered still remain undelivered despite twice now being promised that it would be sent out.

Maged Ibrahim is a very trust worthy man. I ordered a picture from him but Australia Post damaged it. He sent me a replacement even though it was not his fault. I highly recommend his company.

Such a commendable store that offers high quality prints and frames. I was so impressed with my block mounted print which arrived at the perfect time! I really recommend this store for thoughtful gift ideas, home decoration or other uses due to their cooperation and flexibility. Would gladly shop here again
