Great service last time, and exacting work, this time not so much.
10 weeks for a standard frame and A1 format, granted coming up to christmas but it felt like an excessively long turn around.there's a smear under the glass, don't know how to resolve this.
A premium price but i feel the premium service isn't there anymore.

The whole experience far exceeded my expectations. From visiting showroom and seeing a wide selection of frames and really useful advice from staff, to having our frames picked up and then delivered when finished. He even offered a video conference to discuss the frame selection and backings. Upon collection of the work, Sam kindly arranged the prints and original in the back of the car!
