No more on site auctions and no vehicle inspections allowed. Seems like a poor business model. I don't see how people can have any confidence in buying a vehicle from pickles anymore

Impossible to contact by phone. I have tried several times on different days and give up after listening to there recording for up to 20 minutes. Makes me wonder if they would ever answer?

What can I say, managed by clowns, system wasnt broken but after management input it, s now totally fu@#ed

Efficient in what they do. Good selection of vehicles. Sales consultants were pleasant and helpful. Provides for a good shopping experience. Recommended.

Please be aware don’t buy if you looking to get a car with warranty. Its waste of money if you looking to buy.make sure you know what you are buying or bring with you someone he is a professional Olin purchasing care and car condition. Waste money 50k in Ute and we been happy as it’s come with 3 month warranty.even the mechanic guy which he is a little shop next to pickles auction he have no idea about cars. He just good for general service please be aware.

I purchased an excavator from Phil Murphy that was advertised as 2019 Sumitomo SH145x-6 excavator for $152,000. It supposedly came with 1 year or 2000 hours warranty on the complete machine and 3 years or 8000 hours EPT warranty. Upon attempting to transfer the warranty through Tutt Bryant, they alerted me to the fact that warranty is non-transferable and that the excavator is a 2017 model and not a 2019 as advertised. Another issue I had with the excavator is that it does not have a user manual, therefore, making any risk assessment invalid.
Upon bringing this to Pickles attention that the excavator is not what they had advertised, Matthew Blunden offered no assistance in rectifying the issues and quote "we sell 500 plant equipment per month and do not check serial numbers". How does an auction house not do any due diligence? Isn't that the appeal of buying from a company such as Pickles, that buyers can trust what they are getting is accurate?

Have bought two great used cars from them over the years. Easy to deal with, no hassles.

As long as you check the ahead to understand the policies & fees associated it’s an easy process.

The prices are ridiculously expensive! Cheaper to buy new or from private sellers. No bargains or value.

Purchased a a6 allroad. Dealt with Tony who assisted me greatly in viewing and preparing the car for delivery. He could not have been more helpful or considerate. Highly recommended

You have to pay extra for auction fees after the purchase.

Very bad experience you cant have a car for test drive and they told u about 7 days money guarantee and after you purchase they not even respond.buy from a big company better than wasting your time with this dodgy pickles auction

Auction started at 2pm for my lot, was listed 10am. Starting bid well over a dealer price where a warranty is included by law. The lot was passed in, nobody bid, too expensive and poor value. Recommend using another website if you want to buy cars at auction like Grays or to a lesser extend Manheim. Waste of time.

Well priced cars, friendly staff and a lot of different options. Predominantly auction but they do have cars available for purchase at set prices.

They very helpful with having repairs done and anything else you need a hand with You can also sell your car to them for a reasonable price.

My family has purchased several used vehicles here over the years. They've all been quality buys.

The Brunette lady at the head office reception is rude, arrogant, and useless. Horrible customer service, would never recommend anyone to come here.

Got to pick up some cars.quite easy with the staff.no public parking around.good place to get an idea about moving cars
