I have been going to Physio4All and now PhysXrehab for 8 years for a variety of injury issues. I had previously seen other physios and also a chiro once (which was of course useless.) but once I started coming here I don't go anywhere else despite having to travel quite far.
The understanding of issues is excellent, you are listened to, recovery plans are realistic and built around your desires/lifestyle, the exercises are extremely effective, and you aren't encouraged to return for unnecessary consultations.

Steve has been helping me to rehab my knee after I gave myself a bucket handle meniscus tear and MCL tear. Very impressed at his extensive knowledge and latest gadgets (e.g. Digital force plates for accurately measuring isolated muscular strength). Very happy our sessions focused on ensuring safe tissue loading to maintain strength from as early a phase as possible. Would highly recommend his services for anyone with sports injuries.

I highly recommend PhysXrehab. I first met Steve after a complete ACL tear. At first, surgery seemed to be the only option. Steve developed a rehabilitation program that I have followed thoroughly. I revise the program regularly with Steve. After a few sessions, I was able to walk with a small brace and, after six months, I built sufficient muscle strength around my knee and it feels very stable without any surgery.

I saw Steve and the team when I was having issues with my hamstring. They were spot on at finding the issue and were able to treat it. I went away with some great exercises which helped me get back to running quickly. The facilities there are amazing which made the experience awesome.

Steve's been fantastic at managing both my low back pain and shoulder pain. Takes the time to really inform me of what's going on, which helps to stay consistent and motivated in the exercises he prescribes.
