Fiona is an excellent physiotherapist. She not only has first class technical knowledge, combined with the latest research, she also has the rare gift of intuitive knowledge, something which cannot be learned from books.
She uses this knowledge and her skills in the classes to provide innovative and holistic exercises together with an empathy for everyone, patience, a sense of humour and a genuine love of her profession. Whatever injury or weakness you may have, you know you are in the safest hands along the path to recovery and strength.
Thank you Fiona for making, and continuing to make such a huge positive difference to my life, and I know to many others as well.

I received my roller to treat my upper back and knee pain after playing high level basketball for four years. Following Fiona's specific instructions I have created a stretching program to follow nightly, to release my muscles from training. I would recommend Physio on a Roll to anyone wanting to manage injury.

I have attended Fiona's gym classes bi-weekly for over a decade. This has contributed to my excellent level of fitness not withstanding having had occasional injuries which she has assisted in healing.

Fiona is a highly qualified physiotherapist specialising in exercise programs to suit various levels, ages, health and injuries. Her excellent anatomical knowledge and extensive experience enables her participants to enjoy a revitalising lifestyle and fitness.

I really enjoy Fiona’s exercise classes. I find them beneficial for strengthening and increasing my mobility and movement. Her instructions are clear and well paced. Fiona takes care to address any individual issues. There are a range of exercises in a session which challenge you according to your level. I love the stretches at the end of a class too.

I've been attending twice weekly classes run by Fiona for many years and I reckon Fiona has eyes in the back of her head! She can always see if one is not doing an exercise correctly and points it out immediately. I like that she is a highly trained physio who keeps up-to-date with all the latest advances in her profession. The online format is fabulous (yondo is great) especially in these trying times when there are too many untrained ppl out there offering exercises. Even though she may not be able to use that superpower vision online, she seems to know what to point out to do/not do. At first I didn't like the roller but it's now my BFF. So, I can unreservedly recommend Physio On A Roll.

I use my foam roller for both relieving tension and building strength, and I couldn't live without it.
Sitting at a desk all day, my foam roller helps undo the tension and relax my muscles; or when I need to work on my strength, I follow Fiona's tutorials which are easy to follow.
I highly recommend Physio on a Roll!

I have recently received my beautiful purple roll. I have combined yoga with my roll for a complete workout. This has added strength and resistance to my exercises. I would thoroughly recommend Physio on a Roll to add another element to your exercise routine. Thank you so much

I’ve had my roller for 6 months now after suffering long term back pain.
Following the exercises provided by Fiona and using my roller daily, I’m pain free and mobile.
I would recommend Physio on a Roll to anyone wanting to increase mobility and manage those niggling injuries.

I am not a gym person as I like to do my own thing in my own time. I find the roller with the exercises easy to use and helps my lower back pain immensely, particularly after being on my feet all day at work. I use the roller everyday and find the quality alot better and appears alot more sturdier than other cheaper copies on the market. I highly recommend this product and enjoy the exercises that Fiona has on her website.

I’m a hairdresser and suffer terribly from work related joint and muscle pain. I got a roller and a few tips off Fiona and It’s really helped. Highly recommend it and iv tried it all.
