Thank you Frauke and the team for a great year of pilates and treatments.your instructions and guidance in classes have helped me with my injuries and built up my core strength immensely.looking forward to the new year and doing this all over again.

I have had an amazing experience with Physio Fit Studio both as a regular Pilates class attendee and also as a physio patient.

Pilates- There’s a vast difference between gym Pilates and clinical Pilates. Each month there is a new program which keeps things interesting and also continues to stretch and strengthen. The teachers are all physios and take their time to ensure we are doing the exercises precisely. The class environment is welcoming and has a real sense of community.

Physio- I’ve had ongoing neck problems for 20 years. Frauke cares about getting to the bottom of things while also helping me immediately get relief. She’s very experienced, professional and compassionate.

I highly recommend this clinic for both injuries and to proactively build strength in a safe and effective way.

Best physio I have ever been to! Frauke knows her stuff, is a great communicator, and genuinely cares about her clients - I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Had several massages there with Wes, very happy with the service and treatment. Also, on occasion, have physio consults with Ian, also an excellent physician and resolved my issues.

I’ve seen Kayla, Frauke, Ian and Wes at PhysioFit for both Physio and massage. I can 100% recommend all of their services and thorough assessment of any issues that I’ve had. By booking online 24 hours a day on the Minbody app I can choose a suitable time that fits with my schedule without having to wait for their office to open. This ensures that if I need a consultation I can get in as soon as I need. I’m currently seeing Kayla for Physio and her knowledge and treatment options get me back on track so I can continue my training.

Third visit to this excellent practice - 2 physio and 1 massage. All were excellent. Treatments were on time and both practitioners responded to what I asked for in relation to the issues I was facing. It will be my go-to practice for future physio and massage needs.

We are spoilt for choice at Physio Fit Studio with three of the most amazing physio's on the north coast. My daughter and I also attend reformer pilates with Leona who is so wonderful at helping us get stronger under her guidance and expertise to ensure we are doing our exercises correctly.

Love the team at PhysioFit especially my 2 favourite Physio’s Kayla and Frauke they have magical hands and great advice keeping me pain free as much as possible, would highly recommend and do recommend to many. Have also been doing Pilates with Frauke for over 6 years now, love it

After travelling for 3 weeks and sleeping on strange pillows and various types of beds my neck and back were TENSE. I had a complete reversal with my massage from Yukka at Physio Fit. Three cheers for her magic and powerful hands. I am normal again. So I was able to get back to Reformer class today and powered on like an athlete. Great for a nearly 70 year old!
