Phone Repair Centre

There is no professionalism whatsoever! They are rude! They are con artists, thieves and pure scammers! They lied to me saying a diagnosis test on an IPhone would take 3 hours? Lie I rang Apple and was told I takes no longer than 30mins! After 3 hours and their shop closed they rang an informed me that my phone needed $350 worth of parts for it to work! Extremely unprofessional and very frustrating! I have reported their business and staff to Fair Trading and they will be investigated for false information and total fraud and unprofessional business practices! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR ITS SERVICES AS THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

Great service and very fast. The guys at PRC assisted with a warranty repair on my Samsung phone and I've had no issues since.

The only negative feedback I have is that I had to call them to get an update on the repair status after a few days as I hadn't heard from them at all after dropping off my phone.

I got my iPhone 11 Pro screen replaced which cost $225 I thought it was a good deal, month later and the top of the screen is coming off and the screen protector I got is all bubbled

Walked in thinking phone needed a repair for $90 walked out after a clean for $25 working like new. Guy was helpful and didn't rip me off.

My Samsung S21 Ultra's screen went black while I was using it. I took it to PRC, and Rakesh fixed it in less than two hours. The screen was replaced. I also got the screen protector replaced, and he gave me 10% discount for the job. Prior to that, I went to Westfield phone repair shop and the price for replacing the screen was cheaper than Phone Repair Centre. I am happy with the service provided, and highly recommend their competent staff for mobile repair/s.

These guys were excellent to deal with. I had 2 phones to be fixed, so fast and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

I have a Samsung watch which back cover was falling off. It is still under warranty. I sent it to the shop for repairing. It was fixed next day. Pretty happy.

Samsung authorised repair service, is very quick and professional and fair priced.
Dropped a tablet to get repaired in a never ending boot up loop, within a couple of hours it was ready to pick up with new software on it.

I had amazing experiences with TWO CHUBBY guys. Absolutely amazing, I brought iPhone 6 and iPhone 11 a week ago, which was said it could not be repaired at any cost from well known repair centre at Sydney. They repaired within 3days and I got my precious data and phone back with me.
