They did not have the parts in stock but ordered immediately and Courier delivered to Wollongong from Sydney. Phone all repaired same day! Their reputation is top shelf and well deserved. Thank you.

Fast friendly service from the guys behind the counter. They made sure the phone I took in for repairs was actually worth repairing and didn't suffer from any other problems before providing a quote and timeframe for the work. Would certainly come back again.

Great communication and next day service
I spoke to the bookings guy online via messenger at about 10 pm and they responded with a very competitive price.it was during a work day and I am a technician so I travel around the city for my job.
I advised the bookings contact about this and they were more then happy to accomadate my situation.he got the tech to ring me within 30 mins of him arriving to the city to find out where I would be for my job.very flexible company

My phone wasn't charging and Tom and Bill found the problem was sand in the port. They cleaned it up for me free of charge. Great service.

This establishment was covid safe and extraordinarily professional. The staff there were friendly and helpful especially Tom, you could see his smile through his mask. Tom was polite and respectful. Definitely the top spot for a phone repair, case and or screen protector.

Thanks heaps to Bill and Sam who were able to fix up my camera issue. The camera wasn't connected properly when the screen got repaired at another company.
