I have had quite a number of staff thank me for organising the training as they really enjoyed it and said it was really engaging and they learned a lot. I don't think they were expecting to enjoy fire safety training!
The first aid training was also really well received. It definitely helps having training undertaken by someone who knows their stuff and can talk in a really easy going and friendly way. The time just flies while the info is all soaking in.
