The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Good luck trying to get into contact with a certifier or attempting to get a reply to an email. They will not provide the services they so proudly advertise.

I have used several Certifiers over the last three years with varying levels of disaster. I was referred to Phoenix buy my architect and was happy from the very start. The always answer my questions with a professional manner and are very patient when I do not understand an element of the approval. I cannot recommend them enough. These guys are cowboys just like the dodgy builders they work for, they give private certifiers a terrible name

After contacting them multiple times about issues with a worksite they fail to respond or action anything.
