I literally never written a review on a chemist before, but when i receive good service anywhere I need to brag about it and show appreciation.

Deanne is so lovely! Every time i come into this pharmacy i leave with a big smile on my face. Not only is she lovely, she really goes out of her way to help you, she is knowledgable and caring.

I needed a prescription which most pharmacy's dont have. Deanne went out of her to help me get it, I'm literally so grateful for her kindness. We need more people like you in the world. Thank you Deanne

I have never posed a review for a pharmacy before but I just had to show my appreciation for the time and care the chemist Deanne showed to me! She is a lovely person who knows what she’s doing but also genuine with how she treats customers!
I had a complication with my script and she went above and beyond to help me and was incredibly kind while doing so. Thank you once more Deanne, your care is much appreciated!

So very helpful with everything. We needed to make a delivery for family in Sydney and the team were extremely helpful and friendly. I can not recommend Pharmacy Nutrition Warehouse more. 5 stars!

I have been here many times, the people in the back room handling scripts are arrogrant and you end up getting stuff that you didn't go there for. Also, they are often out of stock. I really don't like it when chemists pretend they're doctors.oh, my doctor is a really nice guy!

I wouldn't recommend to get a covid booster here. The person who's doing it was very rough. I was screaming at the time he did the jab and I was suffering from awful pain on my arm and couldn't sleep for days. It costs me to take leave from work and pay a GP and steroid medication to recover from unbearable pain. He didn't do the job properly instead he injected near the bone on my shoulder. Please train your staff to do a proper procedures. I wouldn't even give a star if I can

I can’t believe i go to a pharmacy and be served by the most rudest people I have ever come across, your workers are very unprofessional rude and very ignorant. I will never recommend this chemist to anyone nor will I ever walk into your pharmacy again

Was told 'cannot do JP forms except between 3-5pm, as we are too busy during the day'. I comically look around to see absolutely no one in the store. Went into the doctors next door explaining this childish behaviour, they instantly signed it. Amazing.

Wonderful service from Alex and Andy during the vaccination. They were reassuring and professional. They made me feel calm with their positive and helpful approach. Many thanks.

Came to get JP service but told to come back at 3-5pm; however this is not mention on the website.
Kind suggestion to put the limited service time on the website so can avoid confusion.
Went to the pharmacy in Zetland shopping center and they help to sort this out!

Great Pharmacy - good service, well stocked, happy to give advice, well priced, always friendly and conveniently located next to a general practice. They are happy to dispense 3 month supplies of regular medication unlike some other greedy pharmacies just looking to collect multiple dispensing fees (*cough East Village Pharmacy *cough).

Also they have had no issue getting documents certified here (mentioned by previous disgruntled reviewer) - done several times with minimal wait on days they are not run into the ground with patients or deliveries.

Got a bog standard script filled on a Sunday. Took 10 minutes despite there only being 1 other customer. Unsure if there's something in the water in Zetland but every pharmacist in a 1km radius of the 2017 postcode seems to be on another planet when it comes to serving customers and anything resembling interest in their job, I just get my scripts in the city now as they're all useless.

Very good shop with a nice pharmacist! Happy I shopped here for my sun screen and the young pharmacist helped me a lot! What a nice guy.

Omg loved this place, the young pharmacist helped take my blood pressure and was really cool. Loved the front counter lady too most Ocka Aussie I’ve seen in ages, big smile and great service from all 3 staff we met today, couldn’t be happier.
Been about 2 weeks since my last visit still 5 stars. Love these guys.

Not good!
Why should a person be refused service of a "schedule 3 medication. (no script required)
for a medication that can potentially save my life, with very occasional asthma flair ups?
No explanation given, even after i provided the usage to staff & pharmacist.
On a fishing trip tomorrow (4am), just wanted it as a " precautionary measure ", as explained.

Very ordinary, maybe my ethnicity was the issue.
I'm left guessing.

The owner is very nasty. Read the reply to the review before mine. Big words and no backup whatsoever. I have shopped here before and never again. Stock is severely limited, customer service is shocking. Very judgemental.
Owner seems to have a lot to say but flies off the deep end which no receipts.
I have never joined their loyalty but have bought over the counter medication and their convection while on lunch break as I work close by but never again. Would much prefer to suffer with pain then ship here ever again

I have been going to Pharmacy Nutrition Warehouse in Rosebery for many years. The prices are very competitive and the staff are great, particularly Alex. I can highly recommend this chemist.

1 star is too high a rating shocking service staff too busy on there phones to serve anyone i waited 15 minutes at the counter while 2 staff members were playing on there phones

Rubbish pricing rubbish staff rude racist claim to have the lowest prices but the only thing thats low is the quality

only care about his money and obviously not his shocking reputation

then you have the person that sits here and tries to defend the company but claiming its all wrong but not one bit of proof to back up any of her statements, furthermore all the people that are writing the reviews are employees of the company who are forced to do so as opposed to loosing their jobs
