Karim is totally incompetent. I gave him my script. He told me to come back in one hour. He forgot to complete my work. Did not know about my script. He wanted me to come back in two days. Useless fellow. Fire him. I also observed him being loud and rude to other people. I note that others have also given him a low rating. Why does the management keep him?

I bought an antibacterial wash and they charged me $29.99 but in chemist warehouse it is only $18.49 and they cannot price match. They only gave me $5 off. Shop around first and do not trust them.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nae and I must say, the level of service and expertise delivered by her was outstanding. She greeted me with a warm smile and took time to attentively listen to my concerns and asked questions to better understand my skin type and needs. It was evident that she genuinely cared about helping me achieve best results.

The staff are helpful supportive. I pick all my proscribed medications from them. Also other day to day supplements and pharmaceutical needs. Located I. Westfield level 5, easy to park and walk in or get the lifts. Thank you team keep the good work up.

Employees will glare at you as you casually shop. I was shopping today and an employee was non-stop staring as me as I browsed and slowly crept up close to me as if she was trying to watch over my shoulder. This made me extremely irritated and uncomfortable, I didn’t even want to be in the store anymore. Please fix this as I enjoy visiting this store but this made me genuinely annoyed and slightly angered.

I went into the chemist to buy a few things and I got served by this lovely girl her name was Hanna, she was extremely helpful and she had the ability to answer all my questions. Great service Hanna

Store is well organised and clean. Staff is very helpful. Return policy is extremely poor.
Purchased a product and tried to return on the very next day but they don’t do refunds.
Upon advising that Dr asked not to use a particular product, they issued a credit note. On next purchase, was told to use the entire credit note at once. Had to unnecessarily buy some random products then wasting $$.

Very friendly and informative staff. Also, baby products here are much much cheaper than big supermarkets so drop in here if you need any baby stuff.

Ordered 14 batteries online and received shipping information.
After 1.5 month still not received and after investigation with AUSPost the items where never sent.
Not replying to emails and after I got somebody on the phone they told me that I have been refunded and I should have received notification and they will call me back.

No refund, no call back and again not answering emails.

Tomorrow fair trade and chargeback.
