Pharmacy 4 Less Warriewood

Excellent service always, I call to get my scripts ready, so my husband or parents can pick them up for me. They know me, they know my meds, they tell me when to reorder, not just the reminder on the packaging, that I might miss. Sometimes I worry when I say “hi it’s Sarah” that I’m a weirdo that calls them constantly, but they never treat me like one.

My wife and I had our flu vaccinations booked for today. This elderly lady said that they don’t do this in there before even checking. Some other staff had to check it for us. We had our 1 and half year daughter with us who was very curious and grabbing a few items around but we were always taking back from her and putting back on the isles. This same old lady seemed to be so bothered by our daughter that she said for us to go, even though we had to wait for 15 min after the shot and we were still shopping in there. Definitely not coming back in there while this lady (that definitely needs more love in her life) is still working there.

Great customer service.good prices.better than chemist warehouse.and they have staff that are experienced and will help you.very refreshing

I used to shop at the bigger brand store for years, I was just a name they called out when dispensing. At Pharmacy 4less, it is so different, I am a person, I am remembered, I am heard. Many thanks to everyone who looks after us, Ahed and John thank you for everything.

Always efficient script filling service. I also got my flu jab here - this was painless, quick and cheaper than most places.

This afternoon I popped in in the hopes of booking in a flu vaccination and Covid booster.
To my surprise I was able to get both immediately! The staff are so lovely, from the lady that gave me the paperwork to the pharmacist that gave me the jabs and the lovely pharmacy assistant Sonya, who even though was busy working hard stocking shelves, was still happy to stop and provide assistance

Having been placed in the 'too hard' basket by a number of other pharmacies, the team at P4L Warriewood were eager to assist despite our non-standard requirements. We are consistently impressed with their communication, care and willingness to 'go the extra mile' for us. We are grateful and would thoroughly recommend.

I was impressed with the friendly staff when i went to get my booster shot and my daughter was ready to get her first shot. Show up today get treated completely opposite and they had lost my daughters paperwork. Not impressed anymore at all. Not returning after mislead information etc

Walk in for booster jab and everything was well organised - in no time go through and team very friendly as always.

Received both my vaccines here. Staff are very friendly and the pharmacist who administered the shots was great, literally did not feel a thing and received my covid digital cert in the 15 minutes waiting after the second shot.

The staff were so helpful and gave me great advice - I felt confident that they knew their products well.

The new owner is amazing! Helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He has helped myself and family members with many great product recommendations and advice. I have also noticed that the shelves are much better stocked since the new ownership.

Normally a great guy looks after our needs but a new chap yesterday was so rude to my wife that she asked for all our Scrips back so we could go to the competitor in the Centre. A very ignorant chap.

Disorganised. There were so many unpacked boxes that the staff could not access the cupboards near the front of the shop. The staff were not doing anything to reduce the chaos in the shop.
