Pharmacy 4 Less Roselands

The lady on the counter, her name was Paige. She is amazing. She is literally the best customer service worker i have spoken to in ages. If i could give more stars i would.

Everyone is very friendly they listen to you and getting scrips doneis hardly any waiting time very nice shop

Yesterday I went to the pharmacy to buy our medicines for me and my wife due to covid19 and my doctor send the prescriptions via fax and when I reach the pharmacy I was wearing a mask as saftey for everyone once I hiding their all the staff getting their mask and gloves and the Doctor was in a very bad situation with me and she told me to wait outside the pharmacy until we received the prescription by fax and already my Gp says he sent it and I wait outside the pharmacy for 30 minutes and I can't stand all that time because I was sick and then I go back to the pharmacist and Mistreatment she says I didn't Received anything she saw me waiting outside long time and she didn't say anything and she knows that I am sick and she didn't take any action It was a bad treatment that should not appear from a pharmacist towards a patient I will not go to them again and I will not referral anyone to them anymore

Very good chemist, well stocked, helpful staff. Well informed young chemist. Resonable prices very conveniently located on top of Roselands mall and connected to the Medical center. Lots of parking on rooftop level.

This morning I went to Pharmacy 4 Less to check if they sell the battery A27 or not for my remote garage.

When I entered the shop, there was a lovely lady name Paige, who gave me a warm welcome and kindly help me to look up that battery; so in a minute I am able to purchase what I need.

Not only that, Paige also lend me the screwdriver so I can replaced my new battery to my remote garage.

I was so delightful with her kindness and hospitality in the shop. Paige was genuinely look after her customer and ensure the customer was satisfied with her customer service although I only bought a small stuff.

I want to say thank you so much to Paige and Pharmacy 4 Less to have an employee who has a great attitude to greet their customer. I really recommended this shop for their great customer service.

Today was the first time I visited this store and it will be my last.
The pharmacist thinks she knows better than my treating GP and four specialists who probably hold 100+ years combined medical experience.
I provided some background in hope common sense would prevail, but it didn't.
This is not a discount chemist and the name should be "Pharmacy 4 More".
NO stars for this store and Google should introduce this feature.

Initially when this pharmacy opened, i found it very convenient and a pleasure to deal with. I now recall i was on holidays and was not aware of their trading hours. Since then I have seen them quick to shut their doors before their advertised trade.

I think its been way too many times I've found this pharmacy to be closed each time I've needed it. It is located within a shopping centre, it ought to be trading similar hours of the shopping centre. If this was a stand alone store on the street that would make sense to why they close so early.

Did not appreciate in how I was made to feel uncomfortable when I asked to get 1 thing and they've closed the doors 15 minutes before 4: 30. This is what led me to make this review. I'll just buy my items at chemist warehouse online.

Overpriced scripts- 25% more expensive and the pharmacist was rude. Script at other pharmacy was $30. This pharmacy wanted $40. I guess they have added lying as part their service as per response below. Wow.
