Pharmacy 4 Less Parramatta

Very Rude Nurse there. I waited for a vaccination for more than an hour on Dec 19,2023 at 12: 30pm which did not happen. I complained for the long wait while I was the only one waiting. She said she’s been very busy and told me to go somewhere if I can’t wait. This behaviour is no excuse of treating customers with respect and importance. Instead of just to apologise for the long wait she needs to show superiority by telling customers that they are not really important in the business. I will not go back there again nor buy any product from this business!

Mithiya, she is amazing. Never in my life I had such a smooth person with needles. I didn’t even feel any pain, I was expecting to hurt but didn’t feel at all and I am dead scared of needles. Thank you for being so smooth and nice and helpful as well. Apart from her the young girl in the reception at the front was very welcoming I didn’t get her name but she’s so nice too. Definitely always coming here

There is this really sweet girl named charlotte who is always smiling, she treats everyone so well.she deserves a raise!

Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and well-informed.
The man who administered my booster gave went out of his way to help me by telling me which brand was more up-to-date and made me feel at ease.
Very satisfied with my experience here!

I did a walk-in for vaccination. They made me wait for more than a hour. They suggested to walk-in. Never go that place.
This not first time, I waited for my daughter's also more than 40 minutes.
The pharmacy should be upfront about waiting time instead of pretending the walk-in as drive thru.
People don't have hours to sit in the pharmacy and watch the unsold dusty orthopedic sandals nearby display rack.

Had my booster shot today. Nithaya was too good. She is an experienced pharmacist. I didn't feel a thing and it was done with blink of an eye.
Location is in centre of Parramatta and its open early morning till late evening. Definitely recommend for vaccination.

Had my booster shot on New Years Eve. Was the only chemist who could give me moderna on a walk in basis. Staff were prompt, helpful and attentive. Excellent customer service. Well done Pharmacy 4 Less.

Had my booster shot here today. The online booking system was so simple, plenty of appointments. The pharmacist administering my dose was amazing, I didn't feel a thing! (Plus they give you a pretty coloured bandaid) The waiting area is large and all the pharmacists here are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Just had my Pfizer booster shot with pharmacist Nithyaa. She was so helpful and informative of the process, possible side effects and recovery. Thoroughly satisfied with the service.

Received my Pfizer booster shot here today. Booking online was super easy, my details were ready when I went into the store. The female pharmacist was lovely and engaging. Waited the 15 minutes after my shot and was able to leave.

Super easy the entire way and recommend people to book here.

Friendly staff and a good place to get the booster vaccination. Long wait times though which is understandable given the circumstance.

I heard there was a kids vaccination walk-in and went there. I am extremely pleased with the whole attitude of entire staff. MS NITHYAA was very supportive while vaccinating my kid. She was very friendly and loving. Also MR JALAAL was very supportive and good to talk to. The staff here are facing a huge foot fall and they are still managing it so well. I really appreciate their services and kind attitude.

I did my booster shot today at pharmacy for less and I didn’t even feel a thing. The person who jabbed me “Jalal” was very friendly and perfect at what he did.
I am so glad I chose this pharmacy. Will definitely be back in the future.
Very happy that now I can travel freely and go anywhere without any restrictions.

Got my booster shot today. It was very easy and simple process. The last vaccination I got was 6 months ago. I had no issues. Travelling abroad next weekend so thought of getting booster before leaving. Staff was very friendly

Very efficient and friendly staff. Very easy to have my covid booster shot. So much easier than using NSW vaccination clinics!
