Pharmacy 4 Less Lakemba Late Night

From a stressed unwell anxious person thank you to the beautiful pharmacist tonight. I was in distress as all chemists were closed and my husband needed medicine he was very sick the female was so kind her approach was soothing and empathetic.
The male pharmacist was lovely and informative took time to explain how to take everything and asked questions. God bless you all and my now go to pharmacist

The rudest pharmacist I’ve ever seen referred to me as “an Aussie” he acts so rude to his customers and seems to favour others. What a shame a decent chemist but the staff are terrible i won’t ever shop at another pharmacy for less ever again. Spends a lot of time talking to customers leaving others hanging on.it’s okay with me there’s always people like this in any field of health u get amazing and than u get some who lack basic humanity.

I strongly believe that our community needs a lot of highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional and friendly pharmacist like Abdullah. Truly speaking, his medicine and product knowledge are way better than many doctors I have met in Australia. Wish you all the very best bro. At the same time, staff at the reception are equally amazing and helpful with positive attitudes and great customer service.

I have a genuine love and appreciation for all the staff here. All go above and beyond to help. All compassionate and sincere.

Wonderful experience this morning. From the friendly and helpful pharmacist up the back who directed me to cold and flu items, to the lovely lady who rang up my order at the front, it was my first visit but it won't be my last.

They’re really taking the opportunity to rip people off during a Covid test shortage. And at least 2 of the staff weren’t wearing masks! Should be fined

The boy is so rude and said he doesn't care for business. He said his shift is over and he doesn't like to work even an extra minute and didn't served me. So so so rude and irresponsible

One of the few places that has the RATs in stock as of 9: 30PM tonight. Ridiculously marked up and separated into ziplock bags but since it’s not in a busy suburb, I was able to avoid the crowds. Staff at the counter was nice enough.

Hardest pharmacy to get through to over the phone. I would speak to someone to be transferred to the pharmacist only to be hung up on everytime. Then when I try calling back a number of times, they don't answer the call. ‍️

Called up the store and they stated they had the antigen tests in stock. Little did I know they had unboxed the tests and placed them in their own zip lock bags to sell for $20 each. Normally the box containing 2 kits costs no more than $25. The health minister had given a warning to retailers about not doing this. Sad to see local pharmacies trying to scam people during such tough times. Don't even get me started about the health regulations in regards to unboxing the tests and reselling them.

Very rude staff. Called through to ask a question which took 4 attempts in itself; the Pharmacist finally answers to then only hang up in my face.

Been a loyal customer for years, On a few occasions in the past they have upset me with bad service but because I’m loyal I’ve just let it go but not this time, last night I went in to get my prescriptions filled and the pharmacist disrespected me in front of my wife and spoke to me like I was nothing. Goodbye for the last time

Check prices before you purchase - after taking something back after looking online and discovering it was vastly overpriced, I copped a horrible attitude even though the customer service rep I had been emailing confirmed it was priced incorrectly.

I bought Aerius (100g) for my child which is $14.99 in other pharmacies but they took $18 from me. I dont normally go there as they always charges a lot more than others. Today I had to as it was at around 9 pm.

***Don't go there unless you don't have any choice.

Absolutely disgusted at the attitude of one of the male senior pharmacists. Just witnessed him harrass a customer for going to another pharmacy for her regular medications in front of a shop full of waiting customers. Poor woman was obviously embarrassed and extremely uncomfortable. Completely disrespectful and arrogant behaviour!

Khaled the pharmacist is the best - always smiling and generous in sharing his knowledge. He's always happy to answer any questions you have

I went to get a drink but after picking the drink from the fridge and moving to counter the lady at the counter was on her phone all the time and asked me to leave and said the shop is closed.
Were you sleeping from the time i entered the shop and grab a drink from the fridge? You would have asked me to leave when the second i entered the shop or would have closed the doors. Pathetic service! Such an unprofessional service what could we hope at lakemba.

Pretty bad customer service and they tried to give me advice that goes against what the dr told me.
I’m going to make sure I make a complaint to the authorities.

Always greeted with a smile, Great service, Cheaper prices than other Chemists and great advice.
