Pharmacy 4 Less Kotara

Very disappointed that clear plastic bags are used to bag scripts. When I questioned the chemist I was feed some baloney about the staff needs to see what’s in the bags. Paper bags have been used forever in chemist. Take some responsibility for what you are contributing to landfill. There is currently no soft plastic’s recycling facility in Australia so it pertinent for companies like your to take responsibility and reduce output. Please take accountability.

Breaching discrimination act and privacy act against mask exempt people by refusing them service

Went in with a script for new medication last week was given no information. Went in today and requested info for new medication and was questioned inappropriately I felt very uncomfortable and judged. In my previous experience when starting new medication, I have always been provided with a print out of Consumer Medicine information.
I was questioned…. “why do I need the information? ”
My feeling is, that as a young adult, I would like to be informed and understand the possible sides effects I may experience in my physical and mental wellbeing.

Recent Covid booster was seamless, efficient and professional.
The pharmacist was attentive and kind. They always attend to my needs in a personal yet professional manner no matter how busy.

I come in here with my sister early last week and got some vitamin C tablets to try and they was even on sale which is good,

The most uncaring pharmacist I have ever spoken to. It’s was so sickening and disgusting the way he just doesn’t care about customers. Wrong job definitely. Will never go back

Love the staff, service and product range. Vary friendly and helpful. I've been going there for around 10 years and have never had a problem.

Pharmacist is very rude, deliberately slow, spent the 30 minutes I waited serving and taking scripts, instead of dispensing. He mad everyone wait and wait while he chatted to girl whom I imagine that was her role. I will never ever go there again and will be passing this to family and friends. Avoid this chemist. So disappointed. See ya Kadeem.

Service from the Chemist was extremely rude, I never write reviews but the male Chemist was so rude and obnoxious I felt I had too, very trashy vibe from this bulk buy Pharmacy.
Edit: I don't know what your reply is trying to imply, I came into the pharmacy for a blue asthma inhaler as I was having an attack and the pharmacist made out like I was trying to get herion he then asked if I had a covid test, which I replied no I have Asthma which he then refused to supply me one I then went to another pharmacy they sold me the puffer which cured my attack and I felt better I have a script of Sibicort the pharmacist was stressed and on a power trip. I have had Asthma fo 20 years

I love this store have been coming since first opened and moved from joslin street. I call this my pharmacy.staff always helpful and will give you options on same product and explain differences and benefits. Sadly today I did not have a good experience, not due to staff, but in the store was a male adult with a little child around 12 months of age. This adult was allowing or encouraged the child to take products from the shelf, allowing child to slobber over the products. The child dropped the products, they were glass bottles, the products were put back on the shelf. The child moved to another isle repeating the process.
Not only could the glass bottle be broken when dropped. The products could be compromised if glass has chipped or seal broken. Of most concern is the fact these products were put back on the shelf. In the pandemic climate we live in, this child was out of control and the adult did not seem to care. I bought this to the attention when my script was handed to me and again at the register. I’m unsure why staff did not ask adult male to please not allow his child to touch things on the shelf. This is not a toy shop! This is somewhere people need to go for health reasons. You have a community to protect many of which are vulnerable people. Again I hold no malice to the staff, you are all wonderful people. This is the first time I have witnessed any experience like this at your store.

It saddens me to write this review after years of great service from the staff here but the service i received over the weekend was shocking. I went to the chemist for help like most people do and the attitude from the pharmacist was really not needed.the female pharmacist rolled her eyes at me for asking for some help because i was unable to see my regular doctor and i just needed to get through the weekend, she made me feel like i was a waste of her time and she did not care the slightest in helping me.not only did i notice it and was extremely uncomfortable but my partner who normally does not notice these things noticed so that is saying something.i was left standing in the isle really dumbfounded by the " service " i had received, id never usually leave a review but i and others i have spoken to about my experience do not think it is right for that kind of service to be gotten away with, i'm not elderly but i was in a lot of pain and just asked for some help finding relief, sorry to ruin your conversation behind the desk.i work Saturdays in customer service as well but that kind of customer service would not be ignored and is probably the worst i have ever experienced especially coming from a trained "professional". Wont be coming back any time soon.there were only 5 customers in the shop at the time so there was no need for it.sorry to the other staff that are usually so helpful.

Great service with the text service for prescriptions. Handy as reminder and also have it ready when you arrive and not have to wait.

Boris the pharmacist has been especially lovely in explaining medications to me and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Gotta love the Darryl Lea temptation when you buy your pills!

Pharmacy 4 Less at Kotara is fantastic. I’ve been a regular customer there since they first opened. Competitive pricing for expensive prescription medications. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Best chemist ever. Great staff who are always happy & helpful. The chemists are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic range of products at low prices. The best of all, I leave my scripts there and I get notified when I'm due to get a refill, I then get a reminder to say they're ready to be collected and I also get told when I'm due to get a new script. How good is that
