Pharmacy 4 Less Jesmond

While the female pharmacist has been friendly and helpful (only reason this place can be given 1 star rather than 0), one of the male employees is extremely rude and aggressive. Would definitely not recommend my patients to deal with this person especially for delivered scripts.

Nice staff, had what I needed, although some shelved were a little bare, some products sold out.

Pretty average as far as chemists go! The girls behind the dispensary are pretty friendly & never really had a problem there… An extra star for 1 of the lady pharmacists who is so helpful

BEST PRICES! I get my prescription from there and it’s $10 cheaper than anywhere else. You gotta save where you can with the cost of living these days! Nice friendly staff as well 5 stars!

Chemist has gone down hill massively, staff are beyond rude and disgusting, staff refuse to help, store is not disabled friendly. Staff refuse to give me my scripts so I can change chemists which I'm pretty sure illegal. Absolutely disgusting no wonder so many people lose their tempers at this store.

Vaccination from the staff friendly and very safe. I had my first jab at a doctors office and it was extremely crowded. Very glad I went to the Proffesonals at pharmacy for less for my second jab. I was the only non staff member inside during my vaccination and 15 minute wait. In and out in 20 minutes

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Waited 50 minutes just for 1 thing. People who came after us were served before us, the old lady who works there was rude, rude to another customer even though the pharmacy LOST their script.
Don’t waste your time here. Worst customer service. Inept people working there.

I found the staff here rude and curt. I do not come here any more. And, I have sympathy for the guy in the news yesterday.

Go to this chemist quite often nice to see the people smile and greet you friendly however i do not like the fact they try and give you cheap versions of medication and not the generic stuff based on your appearance kinda felt like i was being treated like a bottom class customer asked the lady for the generic brand she swapped them but with abit of attitude you are here to provide a service rather then assuming things it would be nice to asked what you want rather then being handed what they think you can afford.

Very happy with the service i received today being on holiday and forgetting your medication is never a nice feeling but I was assisted immediately. Prices were great and all staff i dealt with were great. Thank you

We have been going to pharmacy 4 less at Jesmond for over 15 years now. We have always had great service there. I’ve had a kidney transplant so I take over 30 tablets a day. So we obviously visit this chemist quite a bit on a regular basis.
Every staff member are so friendly and go out of there way to make sure we get the best service on every visit.
We couldn’t recommend this chemist high enough for other people looking for a great chemist.
This isn’t even our local chemist but we travel to get good service. I only wish there was an option for 10 Stars

Rude staff that were horrible because we asked for prices on a and script then never gave us the price. Tight on money and never been to this pharmacy before so we needed to know to make sure we could budget it. Waited for half an hour.

Was spending between $30 - $50 a month there, but on 3 separate
OCCASIONS Needed help getting the right supplements, But despite waiting in queue and when it was my turn they continually told me to wait while they rung up everyone else"s orders/products behind me. WTF? So i said i was"nt coming back and i stand by what i said i wont step foot back in your business ever again! That was over 3 months ago, There Brand does"nt represent who they are, and always dearer on price 9/10 times. I"ve now taken my business to chemist warehouse where the prices are always cheaper than yours. And i get the service & respect i deserve.

Friendly staff, good range, big car park, long trading hours specially weekends. I like shopping there

Pharmacy is great, excellent service, best in town. Pharmacist always smiles, very approachable, knowledgeable. Staff are really nice. Very nice experience

Went in to buy the morning after pill for my partner, at the moment she is on crutches and it is a major hassle to get her out of her house. Asked the young lady behind the back counter for it. Her face screwed up and she went into a panic and told me I would have to speak to the pharmacist. Waited 5 minutes for him to come over and tell me I would have to bring her in which I stated that she is sick/can’t hold herself up and he apologised and said it is illegal to sell me it. Now at the time I was upset but left quietly because as we all should know time is of the essence here. Well! I have been on the internet and now realise it is NOT illegal and it’s a common thing for a pharmisist to say no to men for their own beliefs. There is no regulation on this medication and it is NOT your place to deny this drug to the public.

Your Not the one sick & in pain.
How incompetent to refuse to fill a script.
Then i am told by Home Dr service that called you that you flat out refused to fill
Others scripts from this dr.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL

Great value chemist for all your prescriptions and other health needs.
Plenty of parking out front.

Always have discounted stock on display.

The staff and pharmacists are always helpful, they always give me great advise. I can't speak highly enough about this pharmacy.
