The level of service at this pharmacy is exceptional. They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to help them (which is very rare). I find the team always provide a balance between compound medicines and natural treatments which I really appreciate. Thank you for all your help through COVID and beyond, you are very important to the local community.

The service I receive here is amazing, the staff always having time to explain about medicines etc. I feel very comfortable coming here for my scripts.

I had my Covid booster here and all was very efficient, orderly and fast. I didn’t have to wait long and the nurse was very caring and friendly, as I have such a phobia with needles. Such a different experience when trying to book into a chain based pharmacy in the area. I now bring my pharmacy shopping here.

I walked in this morning without an appointment for my booster, was greeted by friendly and helpful staff.
My booster was administered so gently it was not even felt.

I would like to commend Anthony of Pharmacy 4 Less Five Dock for going over and beyond his duties. He delivered our orders even after his working hours in his own initiative. Very good customer service.

They have opened packets of antigen tests to sell individually at a whopping $18.50 each!

Price gouging and taking advantage of their own community which supports them.

Shame.

Excellent professional service. I was seen promptly for my booster shot, just walked in with no appointment; the whole process took 5 minutes. Tony administered the shot completely pain free. Highly recommended.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years. There was a change of ownership this year. I can say that the service & advice provided by the new team is 1st rate & highly recommend them. Received my 2nd Covid vaccination there today from James.

I am a frequent customer at this pharmacy and usually have a great customer experience, except for yesterday when i was served by a horrible middle aged woman with glasses (working on the newsagent counter) The rudest person i have ever been served by. This lady needs to find a job in anything but a customer service role, Has turned me off shopping here. Horrible experience.

Great use of a diagram/explanatory note that was on point. Was not pushy and provided a good solution. 100% recommendation and very well done Anthony. You are an asset to the Pharmacy.
