Pharmacy 4 Less Broadmeadow

Friendly helpful staff. Followed them from Georgetown location. Has everything I need.

I called yesterday morning looking for a specific product as I can't find it available in my area.
Staff who answered had a lovely phone manner and assisted in a prompt manner.
I was transferred through to a female staff member (I can't remember her name) who kindly gathered some additional products I wanted to purchase as I was paying over the phone and sending my mother in.
I briefly explained that I am a healthcare worker who is unwell and have been unable to get tested for covid for the last 4 days due to testing sites being closed by 11am as people are lined up from 5am, they have reduced staff and are overwhelmed with people requiring testing. The staff member was genuine in her approach with me she took the time to speak with me and not rush me off the phone. I genuinely appreciate the Customer Service.
When my mother arrived to my area I opened the bag to discover a tube of QV cream (which I use for my child) and a turmeric oral spray) which I love) along with a little note that read "feel better soon. Love the Pharmacy4Less Broadmeadow Team".
I am absolutely blown away by this beautiful gesture. I sincerely want to thank the amazing staff member who done this as well as the whole team. At a time of uncertainty due to the high level of infection spreading rapidly it's comforting to know that there are still genuine people trying to help one another.
Let's spread the love and be kind just like the staff at Pharmacy4Less.

I'm a regular customer and I get amazing service every time I'm there, all the staff are so helpful and happy to answer any questions or concerns I have! Very friendly and hard workers:)
