Sam and his team are consistently the most helpful and caring chemist in Bathurst. Nothing is too much trouble and Sam will always organise and provide information and source medications. He is phenomenal.and like the rest of his team, a very friendly person! We think Pharmacy 4 Less in Bathurst are the best!

Just visited this store and Racheal on the front counter was fantastic. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Absolutely coming back when next in Bathurst.

Today I found Sam the pharmacist to offer genuine helpful caring service, going well over & above the norm. He ensured that my diabetic monitoring needs were more than fully met and my expectations far exceeded. The best pharmacist by far that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

The staff including the Pharmacist Sam are always very helpful and friendly. They also go the extra yard as far as personal service goes. Nothing is a problem.
I recently purchased some blood pressure tablets from a well known Pharmacy in Bathurst recently for $21.30. The same medication at Pharmacy 4 Less was $8.60. I know where I will be going in future.

Sam (the pharmacist) is great takes the time to explain and ask questions to make sure your all set and comfortable with the medications. Rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly

My first time rating a pharmacy - the customer service was outstanding. The assistant was very knowledgeable on the vitamin I was looking for. She read the ingredients and explained how they worked. She then took the time to personally serve me at the cash desk whilst complimenting me. Highly recommend + old fashioned good customer service. I will be visiting this pharmacy again.

Blown away by the customer service in this store. I generally try and avoid the chain stores and support local businesses, but time after time I find myself finding excuses to sneak back. Prompt and amazing customer service and staff with great knowledge. Yes, they were short stocked a bit when covid hit, but they were the only place in town that helped when I couldn't get sanitiser for carers helping with my elderly mother, they did everything in their power to help me get some. If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would. Thank you

Sam (the pharmacist) and the girls are always happy and willing to help. Competitive pricing compared to other chemists in town, and willing to price match others. Relatively small shop but always found what I have needed. Good, friendly pharmacy that doesn't rely on ripping off customers.

Not overly impressed. If I specifically said I didn't want a chemist band on its own, so why would you give me one in a pack? Unfortunately didn't realise until I opened the box.

A well run pharmacy with Friendly Staff that will beat their competitors price without crumbling about it. So worth switching too for sure!
