Love the effort the workers are putting in, was really good next to woolworths so i went over and grabbed something for dinner right away

One of the worst experience ever, the manager Umar is very rude, unprofessional and pathetic.

Average experience, price is not bad, but customer service could do much better, not even near Australian standards, they failed to meet Australian customer service expectations, in my opinion. Some training and supervision by experienced staff is highly recommend

I've been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years now and every single time the staff are so helpful and friendly, it is so refreshing coming here compared to some other services that treat you with borderline contempt.

For those who go to this store, everything is perfect, but when you reach the counter you should.
Always check your item before purchase,
Always check you cost before pay.
And always check the price and item after paid.

They random put items in the bag and charge you for the extra item which you did not want. Last time they over charge on a prescription medicine and I was just thinking people make mistake, but with this problems, I start to think otherwise.
You should just be honest with selling you item, it may not be the cheapest, but if there is only one or two dollar different, people may still buy it because it is convince. This is the last time I can trust this store, very dishonest.

Absolutely disgraceful experience recently at this store! They are grossly overcharging for rapid antigen tests and taking advantage of people during these difficult times to fill their pockets.

I naively bought one of their overpriced 5 packs, I then realised soon after that other pharmacies in the centre were charging substantially less for the same product. Upon returning to the store half an hour after I bought the product to return it, they refused in a very rude manner saying I didn't have a receipt.mind you a receipt was never given nor offered to me when buying! Whether an innocent mistake or on purpose so people can't return products, only they know.

The lack of compassion and greed is extremely disappointing, at a time where compassion and empathy is most needed.

The experience genuinely ruined my day and I sincerley hope you think about your behaviour and how it impacts others.

In regard to owners response below: Nice try at playing it off, who are you fooling? It was 100% the Bankstown store near Woolworths. Whether you sell it in 5 packs or not is irrelevant, I was sold 5 at a crazy price. I just read something from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in regard to the way RAT tests are being sold at ridiculous prices by certain pharmacies, looks like I'm not the only one who thinks pharmacies like you are taking advantage and ripping people off for a quick dollar. Poor form!

The pharmacist refused to sell me my medicine authorised by my doctor and that I've been taken for years?

Went in to buy Rapid antigen test kit. The staff had broken down the boxes that are sold as a box of 20 into a pack of 1 in snap lock bags. The were then charging $20 for 1 test kit and taking advantage of the covid situation. Price gauging. Poor form.

Amazing, went above and beyond. Navigating red tape in the most stressful way and not being able to correspond with my clinic, they helped me get what I needed step by step. What a bunch of caring people.

Genuinely the best pharmacy I have ever encountered. I have a very complicated script that needs to be ordered in and they are the only pharmacy I have encountered that got it right the first time. Also their entire staff is so lovely and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I am doing it for the voucher but besides that the customer service is amazing and I appreciate it.
There isn’t much to say they follow the COVID rules and are sanitary. Good job best and less! I would also like to thank Ahmad and Yahya for their incredible work and cooperation with my family.

I’am sharing my experience that I encounted at pharmacy 4 less Bankstown. This was my first time at this store as and I was met by a friendly employee (Ahmed) he was extremely helpful and had so much knowledge and was able to answer all my questions, his professionalism was exceptional and he was more then eager to ensure all my needs as a customer were met. I left the store feeling so satisfied it wasn’t just a chemist it was amazing customer service and a positive experience. I will be recommending the store to all my friends and family, thank you pharmacy 4 less and Ahmed for treating me as a valuable customer.

Walked in the pharmacy store was clean everything was professional organised staff were very knowledgeable and kind they helped me alot definitely coming again
