A big thumbs up to the manager of Pharmacy 4 Less at Top Ryde. I am a pensioner visitor from Port Macquarie and urgently needed some Covid RAT tests. Price $40, but because of my situation, the manager let me have them to me for a 10% discount. Very much appreciated at this busy and expensive time of year. Well done, and my sincere thanks. Merry Christmas to you and your staff.

They sold broken perfume and at high price since I just trusted them to check price match on their own. I realised when I checked online after coming home. Never going back

Elaine is honestly the best and has such incredible customer service. I am a frequent customer and every time I visit the store I’m greeted with such a warm welcome. She provides great service from the minute you enter the store until the minute you leave. She is a true asset to the business. You won't find a pharmacy anywhere like this. Staff who will take the time to listen, and stick by you, and try to help you out when all other services have failed you. And it's not an isolated incident either - it's continuity of care over years and years.

Went to pharmacy for less to get some pre natal vitamins and some baby tooth paste for my son. Cant fault the customer service, always pleasant when I come there. The cashier, Rizki is always helpful and kind when I have questions about stock and returns. As is the team leader Nurul. Always helpful definitely makes shopping there easier.

Large variety of products and great service, its out of my way but it was good to visit and get everything you need in one stop!

Very strong customer service. Staff members will come to see customers quite often and ask if you need any help.

I had my free flu vaccination done by Jita, she is the warmest and nicest person I have met and the jab did not hurt at all.

From the beginning, was repeatedly ignored. Other customers that were next in line were served and given attention. Still waited patiently. Then was surprised to be charged thirty dollars more than what I was originally quoted. Got the vibe for some reason they weren’t happy that this was noticed?

Pharmacist manager was blatantly disrespectful. Likes to mutter wise comments, seems to lack genuine Patient Care, empathy and professionalism. Just a retail shopkeeper- not a health professional. Overall very negative vibe from this place. They’ve been on the news for attacking a customer before, so I guess not completely surprised. We know you’re a discount pharmacy but don’t discount the profession.

Would not recommend, and glad that I won’t be back there again after learning how contemptuous and little the Pharmacist owner is. Needs to understand basics of being a health professional. Your Home-brand Discount 4Less awards that you line up are not fooling everyone. Well done champ.

I popped into the store a few days ago, I was kindly greeted by one of the staff members and asked I needed a hand with anything. Handed my script in and walked around to browse for a few other things I was looking for. The staff member Nurul was very friendly and eager to assist in any questions that I had. Service was quick and easy which was a pleasant surprise.
I probably should also mention that I noticed all the staff working hard and it was nice to see no one just standing around chatting and hanging out which I do see a lot of in the other chemists that I usually visit.

Im not one to usually stick with one chemist/shop but I will probably be coming back here to get all my scripts and essentials, as they truely went out of their way to help me as fast as possible with great customer service that they went above and beyond for.

I like this pharmacy everyone is really nice but I don't like it when a particular woman flirts with my husband is this normal is this allowed what do I do about this I really don't like that woman every other lady is really nice but this woman just took it a little far

Really long waiting time, i waited for the pharmacist to sign a paper for exacly 35 minutes. Which she was just told me to wait to serve the customer before me.

Always amazing service here, and always a laugh. Great team that go out of their way to help their customers. Won't go to any other chemist

Good pharmacy, but too friendly staff constantly asking me if they can help. No! If I ever need help, I will ask for that! I am not afraid to ask. Sometimes I got asked about this "help" 4 or 5 times from different staff members! That's unacceptable, I simply cannot concentrate on what I wanted to buy.
