Just went to book dog to get nail clip I was charged 95 dollars for 5 tables to help him be calm so they can trim his nails 320 to cut nails 415 to trim claws. When I came out I looked up price of tablets 100 for $25 I questioned she said oh it’s cheaper in line 2000 percent. I am reporting them to fair trading. Absolute. Disgrace over charging. Will be reporting and letting as many people I know not to go there

Petstock at West Gosford is well stocked and their friendly staff help you find everything you need for your furbabies. Their loyalty program is a pleasant discount at the register most times.

They staff here are very friendly. I adopted a cat from thrm and they were a big help with paperwork and supplies. They adopt out for Peggy's Promise. It's a fairly big store with supys for everything. They have a dog wash at the back and a vet clinic attached, all in one place.

Vets and Staff are great but consults and medicines are extremely expensive. The medicine that my dog needs is 3-5 times more expensive at the vet as opposed to buying online with a script. After paying hundreds for a consult to be slapped with that is unsettling. I thought Petstock would be large enough to be able to buy common medicines in bulk and pass on the savings to their customers. Unfortunately they don't.
Go and see the vets and support staff, they are perfectly fine. After your pet is diagnosed get a script and buy the medicine online. You will save a lot.

I had to very unexpectedly put my 17yrold cat down. The vet i saw treated both my cat and myself with the utmost respect during the whole process. The ladies at the desk were very kind and respectful. I cannot thank these people enough

I cannot fault the great customer service from the Staff l have alway's received when shopping for all my pet accessories at PETstock Gosford over the last 13/14 years l have been shopping there, even though l have moved to the Northern beaches of Sydney l shall continue to buy for my fur babies all that they need.

This is my favourite pet store in the Gosford area. How did I come to this conclusion? My dog Jasper told me so.

Great service. I was greeted and assisted with my needs. I have hermit crabs and was able to get things that I need for their habitat.

We had the best vet experience here with our 14 year old cat with renal failure. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and professional when I turned up and we didn't have to wait too long for our appointment. We saw Dr Zoe who was amazing, very informative and compassionate for our old boy, and spent time examining him and discussing options and treatment. Thankyou for making a stressful time one of reassaurance with the care he received.

Don't take your dog inside unless you feel like paying for treats. Open pigs ears and other treats at dog level right at the checkout.

Helpful and friendly staff. Choice of fish and animal feed, along with bowls, toys and aquariums.

We adopted a cat from here over a year ago and lost important vaccination paperwork in a move. Tegan was so amazingly helpful in finding and emailing us the documents for our cat. Thank you so much!

They look after your pet so well, they care about you and your fur baby. I really can't rate them high enough, if you are wondering, just give them a call. Super lovely and patient, and not just after your cash.

Have a good variety of products and staff are friendly and professional. Love the adoption services they provide for cats and kittens. Also have afterpay zip and open pay.

A relatively large pet shop with many foods and accessories for your pets. Petstock has cheaper prices than its competitors for identical products and always seems to have the product available on the shelf. Worth a visit when looking for your next pet product or accessory.

I taking my papillon dog for the last two years, and the last time I was so disappointed, the grooming is all patched on my dog and not bath, all my friends asking what happens to the dog, very bad experience for a costumer for the last two years, good luck, but NOT RECOMMEND
