Another amazing experience! Gary is a super star, he consistently provides the best in customer service and exceeds all expectations. I can't recommend this store highly enough. If you haven't shopped here, you should!

Rude staff, significantly over priced products! I asked for a price match on cat litter with pet Circle (which was much cheaper) and he wanted to charge me $7.95 for postage. So I left, went to Bunnings and purchased a similar cat litter product for less than half the price Pet Stock were selling it for. I will be surprised if they survive given Bunnings is so close and offer similar pet products for half the price and their staff were definitely more pleasant.

DO NOT BRING ANY WILDLIFE HERE! These people put down a poor bird that wasn’t even severely hurt just because they weren’t bothered to treat it, claimed it had a “broken wing” it didn’t at all, it was just in shock, even if so there are people like me willing to take it in and try our best to help it and give it another chance but they weren’t bothered and decided it’s life wasn’t worth their time! They said they would call WIRES to come and look at the bird, I spoke to WIRES and they said that they received no such call from petstock Dural VET. Pet stock Dural is cruel. That poor bird deserved to live.

The staff is truly friendly and always goes the extra mile to assist. They provide sincere answers to questions and it's an affordable store even offline.

Gary, the manager went above and beyond to make my experience purchasing a new pet amazing. The level of customer service was exceptional and I would strongly recommend shopping with these guys whatever you pet needs are. Lovely place and customer service. They were very helpful with advise on food and litter for bunnies and I a new bun parent.

Good range of product but a bit pricy. I usually shop there when I take my dog to see the vet to make their trip enjoyable. Mostly friendly and professional staff except for one male sales assistant with dyed hair, a bit snarky when there was an incident with my dog. All the nurses and receptionist from vet team are lovely. Sometimes they get busy but usually communicate well if delay happens so I’m okay with it.

What amazing staff- definitely keep coming back as they are so helpful and have a vast knowledge of each animal- Syd the fish guy is amazing.

Friendly but i had an accident there after shopping where I painfully hit the concrete after stumbling on an uneven rubber mat surface - still haven't heard from the company - its like they think that is not important and my injury doesnt matter even though i am a very regular customer at the Dural store

Vet is kind, helped my out in a crisis with my pet. However, it is terribly understaffed. Can't find anyone to help when you are there. When you call ahead it's the overworked vet staff who answer. At the prices they charge, it should be staffed better.

The vet here I believe her name is Jenny and I believe she is Asian, was absolutely disgusting and the rudest person I’ve ever seen! She originally told us that the price was $1100 - &1800 for our cats teeth to be removed and then decided charge us &1990! Completely ripped is off and then had the audacity to be rude after

If you love your pets come to this shop they got everything you need and you can bring your dog and give them a bath too, the staff very knowledgeable

Great variety of items. Friendly staff. Some items are slightly priced higher then other places. Dog wash facilities.

Friendly service with supplies for a variety of pets. Large clean store with Dog wash/grooming facility.

This store has the widest range of pet food and the friendliest staff and service. The vet's are knowledgeable and happy to help with advice for pets that aren't their patients. Their prices are competitive and the store is well laid out with ample parking outside. A good experience to shop here each time.

Called store in the morning check the store available. Being told they got one available and will put on side for me. Drive 40mins to there, and they said sorry we cannot find it, the computer shows still have one but we cannot find in store may stolen by others. Thats ridiculous, I got one store near me and I drive 40mins to there because you told me you have one in stock. Cannot believe the customer service so poor. Waste my time.

Organised a general check up for my dog. Confirmed appointment with Joe on the morning of the appointment. Received a call an hour before appointment to say they are running late can we come in 15 minutes later than originally planned which was no problem as long as I was back at home by a certain time for a work appointment. Joe advised that she “will ensure the team is ready to do so that there is no further delay”. When I arrive with pet at the store they advised me that the vet isn’t even at the clinic and is running 20 minutes late which would result in me being late for work. Not only did I reorganise my work commitments for this appointment but my dog gets highly stressed on car trips. Really unorganised and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed. I ordered dog food 2 weeks ago. I was told to leave contact number and they will inform me. No feedback at all, I came last week again, I was told stock is coming onTuesday. No call again. I came in again today and still no stock and same promise, it has been ordered.
What a disaster service for our loved pets. Where is emphaty?
