Always a great experience for myself and my dogs, Hazel & Molly, they love the bath times. The staff are always super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and happy to help, nothing is too much trouble. I especially love the service of checking the parameters of my fish tank water to make sure I’ve been doing a good job and my fish are happy, gives me good piece of mind.

Every time i visit the shop the staff are so helpful, even late on a Sunday, i had issues with health with my pet Black Moor fish "Sonar" and with the help of the lovely staff he has made a full recovery and is living his happy life once again, a 5 Stars Pet Shop.

I love the dog baths they have. They are generally available, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are not cheap for their stock, but they do have everything you need. It is so nice that I don't have to get drenched washing my massive labs.

Very lovely staff and huge range of products including special dietary food you can't easily get elsewhere.

Hey every time I’ve came here I’ve had a good experience until I came in to buy a gold fish and other times I’ve just bought one and had it for 12 years and wanted to get another one until susie and charlotte where winging about how I need a 4 foot tank for a gold fish and was using bad language and stuff when there fine I’m really angry and disappointed usually I have a happy time but this i might never come back again bad customer service

Attended twice to return fish chemical which was off. Was dismissed twice. Staff today kept telling me, ‘it was all good’ when it’s not. Was there to get new fish filter & filter parts. Needless to say I left without it. Won’t be returning & will go to petbarn in west Wollongong tomorrow instead!

We got our dog groomed here right before Christmas and she looks amazing, everyone was super friendly and our dog is in a better mood being clean and trimmed. She is 10 years old and now looks like a puppy. Couldn't be happier with what we got especially for the price, would recommend to anyone planning to get their dog groomed!

Have been coming to Petstock fairy meadow for years. They are so friendly and knowledgeable, and have a great amount of passion for your animals. Lots of discounts on repeated purchases, and the best price in town. Great doggy wash there, and also do grooming and nail trims. Highly recommended

First time visit. Just spent 10 min in your fish section with no acknowledgement or offer of assistance. The store was not busy.
