Helpful staff, tidy store, good range of items, average prices. Parking is available out back or on the street

Have a large range of camping gear, as well as all the normal hardware.
Good general range of hardware as well

First made an inquiry about steel, was told 3 different things by 3 different staff, finally put an order in after waiting a week for a staff member to come back from holidays, had to pay upfront, then was contacted by another staff member that part of the order wasn't available, then when trying to contact that staff member they were on sick leave. After another week & a half found out the first order that had been paid for was incorrect after being told conflicting information. It was canceled & a new order was placed or I assumed it was, then I received a text with a new invoice with no advise what was required as it was less than the original, message saying" I have finally sorted this out. "
I wrongly assumed that the order had been placed. That was a month after the first order. I rang 3 times in the next week to a voice mail only, then rang another number to find out they were waiting for me to confirm the order so finally after 5 weeks the order was placed.

Excellent friendly old school service.
Visited this business twice while in town doing Agquip and these guys couldn't of been more helpful.
The owner should be very proud.

It's hard to find one of the 10 people working to give you help, I seen a pregnant woman be told by a staff member to go and get a big bag of insulation from upstairs by herself, very sad to see this in a small town shop

I was after a piece of timber and the lady was very helpful with ideas and even find a length that was very close to what I needed and at a good price

Misleading trading hours, low energy staff and low product variety. Like shopping in the 1800's with super secret access points at certain hours.

Good local store for your hardware basics. Would be great if they had more caravan accessories. Staff are always happy and will to help with advise.
