Peterpans Travel Bondi Beach

So, it’s been more than 9 months since my trip to the east coast has been cancelled due to covid 19. And until this day I haven’t gotten any news on where my money is and when will I get it back, I’ve sent them a lot of emails during this months and they haven’t replied yet.
Avoid to waste your time with this agencie, they basically STOLE my money

Booked my East Coast trip with Peterpans in Coogee in Jan 2019. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and set up my trip exactly the way I wanted it and to suit my needs and interests down to a tee.
Having completed my trip and returned to Ireland, there was one tour that had been cancelled while I was on the east coast and that I was due a refund for. Staff member James dealt with this very efficiently and contacted the tour company on my behalf and had the refund processed and back in my account in a matter of days. Great service all round.

Together with a friend of my, we booked an east coast trip at Peterpans. We were helped by Vera. She is a super nice girl and the communication was super. She listened to everything my friend and I hoped to be doing on this trip. She gave us her honest opinion and such good recommendations mainly because of her own experience. The east coast trip was amazing and we saw the most beautiful places thanks to her!

2 weeks ago I booked my east coast trip with the amazing agent Kim! She went through each trip and detailed explained to me where to stay for what I wanted and how to make my trip the best! And Kate, the girl working today, was so nice with me and my colleagues explain us every single detail of the journey we want plan and show us the different tours and packages that our personalized journey we will like to include.
